Eligible Full-time Employee - Vacation. Each eligible full-time employee shall be granted vacation leave with pay in accordance with the following: 10.2.1.1 An employee shall accrue vacation leave at a rate specified below for each hour worked in each year of employment as specified:

Eligible Full-time Employee - Vacation. Each eligible full-time employee, who has been employed as such for at least thirteen (13) biweekly pay periods, shall be granted vacation leave with pay in accordance with the following: 10.2.1.1 Employees shall accrue a leave of absence with full pay for vacation purposes, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 51872, or as amended. An employee shall be entitled to accrue vacation leave in the amount specified below for each cycle of twenty-six (26) full biweekly pay periods immediately preceding December 31st, or portion thereof, in each year of employment as specified: Years of Service Hours of Vacation Per 26 Pay Period Cycle

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employment Employees who are employed on a full-time basis will work 38 ordinary hours each week or an average of 38 ordinary hours each week over a cycle of shifts.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.

  • Sick Leave Bonus ‌ For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Sick Leave Pay A Nurse granted sick leave shall be paid for the period of such leave at her or his regular hourly rate of pay and the number of hours thus paid shall be deducted from the accumulated sick leave credits of the Nurse.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.
