Emergency Maintenance Services. Dedicated after-hours maintenance emergency number where you can call in and speak to a person who will assist with the situation. Under Plan B, Resident is responsible to provide a certificate of insurance to the Property Manager upon lease signing and with all renewals. In the event a copy of the insurance policy or certificate of insurance is not provided when requested, Resident will AUTOMATICALLY be enrolled in PLAN A to ensure proper coverage.

Emergency Maintenance Services. Contractor shall respond on-site within four (4) business hours to emergency service requests that relate to the system being either inoperable (down) or non-functioning. County’s Project Manager shall determine which requests require an emergency response from Contractor. Issues requiring an emergency service request may include, but are not limited to, corruption or complete system shutdown during a period of time when use of the system is needed to meet production/regulatory deadlines. County and Contractor shall first attempt to resolve the problem using telephone technical support services.
