Emergency Operations Center. Each Hospital will maintain an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during the disaster and it will act as a communication coordination and information center that is available to facilitate the transfer or support of hospital resources. The Hospital EOC will communicate with local and county EMA and the Southern Maine Regional Resource Center (SMRRC), typically through and HICS position called the Liaison Officer. This Liaison position is a hospital staffer that works at the hospital EOC or is deployed to an outside EOC in the community. In addition there may be outside Liaisons (from other organizations) at the Hospital’s EOC.
Emergency Operations Center a. The route from the main area of the room to the presenter area is inaccessible because there is a 7 inch step leading to the presenter area. Provide at least one accessible route within the boundary of the site connecting these elements that, to the maximum extent feasible, coincides with the route for the general public. The accessible route must have a minimum clear width of 36 inches, or a minimum clear width of 42 inches if there is a turn around an obstruction less than 48 inches wide; have a surface that is firm, stable, and slip resistant; have, in the absence of a ramp, or platform lift, no level changes in excess of 1/2 inch vertically; and have a running slope of less than 1:20 (5%) (or have been constructed as a fully accessible ramp) and a cross slope of less than 1:50 (2%). Standards §§ 4.1.3(1), 4.3, 4.5, Fig. 7.
Emergency Operations Center. When requested, Allina will provide a representative to the City’s Emergency Operations Center within two hours of the request. Remote representation maybe permissible and is to be determined by the City.
Emergency Operations Center. 12.1 Each agency agrees to extend the reciprocal use of their Emergency Operation Centers (EOC) as a back-up site. The use of the EOC is to be provided during any activation period, as determined by the Chiefs of Police or designee. Both Police Departments agree to establish access, manage, and replenish the EOC with appropriate resources, coordination, and assistance as deemed necessary through mutual aid agreements and use of Standard Operating Procedures.
12.2 If at any time a simultaneous emergency exists that involves Xxxxxxxxxx State and the City of Turlock, each agency will retain their sole right to the occupancy of their respective EOC.
Emergency Operations Center. 4.01.01. City will not charge rent for use of the EOC to the County, but this will not preclude the City from requiring another Allied Agency to pay a share of the costs and a reasonable rental in the future.
4.01.02. The City agrees to keep the building where the EOC is located in reasonable repair and to furnish habitable space of not less than the current area for the EOC.
4.01.03. The City agrees to provide access to the appropriate IT and Network closets and provide space in those closets for the county to install the network equipment necessary for the EOC to be properly networked and connected to the rest of the County network.
4.01.04. The City agrees to give ownership of the SAF Radio pair currently connected between the tower near City Hall and the Detention Center and the Fire Station 3 (FS3) tower to the County to be used to connect the EOC with the rest of the County network. The City agrees to provide space on the FS3 tower as needed to adjust, replace, or upgrade the radios in the future.
4.01.05. The City agrees to allow the County to bring in services as needed such as fiber optic, phone, TV, etc.
Emergency Operations Center. Coordinate with local nonprofit and volunteer organizations to ensure effective use of resources during times of emergency.
Emergency Operations Center. It is anticipated that the location for the Pinellas County emergency operations center will be changed and GRANTEE shall pay for the reasonable costs to provide and maintain a live feed path from the new facility to GRANTOR’s government access video distribution point. The costs of providing the live feed path required of any subsequent moves from the new location shall be born by GRANTOR.
Emergency Operations Center. When needed, central coordination by designated representatives of the response agencies will occur in the activated EOC. Designated Agency Representatives:
a) Functional units at the EOC will be staffed by representatives of the participating agencies or as otherwise identified in this plan.
b) Designated agency representatives should be empowered to act on behalf of the agencies they represent with regard to overall coordination of response and recovery from the EOC.
Emergency Operations Center. 6.1 The General Forum of the Centre Region COG may authorize the Emergency Management Council to establish, equip and staff an emergency operations center in accordance with annual COG budget.
6.2 The Centre Region Emergency Coordinator is authorized to activate the emergency operations center.
Emergency Operations Center. When employees work in the EOC, employees will be allowed at least eight (8) hours rest time before being required to report to their normal work location.
