EMPLOYEE LOUNGE FACILITIES. 38.1 The Employer will designate employee lounge facilities apart from work areas. The lounge facilities will be maintained in a clean and safe manner.
38.2 Adequate lunch rooms, break rooms, washrooms and toilet facilities will be provided and available for use by employees. All designated break rooms will include table and chairs and will not normally be used for other purposes during normal business hours (8:00a.m.
38.3 If requested by an employee, the Employer will endeavor to provide a storage area for personal items.

EMPLOYEE LOUNGE FACILITIES. The Employer shall provide employee lounge facilities as prescribed by law unless emergency circumstances prevent the Employer from doing so.
EMPLOYEE LOUNGE FACILITIES. 34.1 The Union and College recognize that creating an environment for student success is primary to meeting the mission of the college. To that end it may be necessary to modify employee lounge areas in order to provide service to students.
EMPLOYEE LOUNGE FACILITIES. 43.1 The Employer will provide employee lounge facilities apart from work areas. The lounge facilities will be maintained in a clean and safe manner.
43.2 Adequate lunchrooms, breakrooms, washrooms and toilet facilities will be provided and available for use by employees. The facilities will not normally be used for any other purpose.
43.3 Upon request, the Employer will endeavor to provide storage for personal items.
a) Employees are encouraged to report to supervision any condition in employee facilities which appear to be below minimum standards.
b) The adequacy of the employee facilities, including sanitary supply dispensers, lactation stations, all gender bathrooms, or any change in employee facilities, shall be a proper subject for discussion by the Union Management Committee.
EMPLOYEE LOUNGE FACILITIES. The employer agrees to make adequate lounge facilities for employees a part of all future space acquisitions and remodeling. The Union and the Employer agree to cooperate in keeping such areas tidy and in good condition.
