The Employee Requested Schedule Change clause outlines the process by which an employee can formally request modifications to their work schedule. Notwithstanding Section 6.7, if an employee requests in writing a change in schedule for the employee’s own convenience and the request is approved, the employee shall waive overtime resulting from the schedule change as long as the total number of hours does not exceed eighty (80) in any one pay period.
