SCHEDULE B EXTRA PAY FOR EXTRA DUTY In making Schedule B assignments, the Board will give first consideration to present employees where their qualifications are equal to other candidates. EMPLOYEE WELLNESS COMMITTEE. ‌ The parties do hereby agree that an employee wellness committee shall be formed consisting of representatives of the Board and representatives of the Association. This committee shall make recommendations to the superintendent regarding programs designed to facilitate a healthier staff and working environment. DISCLOSURES‌ The parties recognize that the Lincoln Education Associates Organization (LEAO) is the exclusive bargaining agent for the members/positions described in the Recognition clause of this agreement including those in positions identified in the Recognition clause which have been historically considered bargaining unit employees. It is recognized that the bargaining agent has the responsibility of supporting all employees of the bargaining unit by enforcing provision of the master agreement. The employer has the responsibility to provide the bargaining agent with the name, address, and classification of all new hires within the bargaining unit. The Superintendent or designee will provide, upon written request of the LEAO, by August 1 of each year, the following information for all bargaining unit employees.
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS COMMITTEE. During the term of this Agreement, the Association and the County agree to participate in a Joint Committee to explore options, potential resources and/or joint activities that serve to promote, enhance and benefit employee wellness. The Association and County further agree that no funds are committed for this purpose and that all Joint Committee outcomes/decisions require mutual agreement.

  • Bargaining Committee (a) A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than five (5) members of the Union. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union Nominees to the Committee (an alternate shall be permitted to replace an absent Bargaining Committee Member).

  • APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE The central parties agree that within sixty (60) days of the commencement of this agreement, a joint local committee consisting of up to three representatives each will be formed to discuss the feasibility of establishing an apprenticeship program(s). If such a program is deemed feasible, the local parties will determine the terms and conditions of such program(s). The joint local committee will seek the availability of any federal or provincial funds to cover the costs of such programs.

  • JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE In order to encourage open communication, promote harmonious labor relations, and resolve matters of mutual concern, the parties agree to create a joint labor- management committee. The committee will be governed by the following principles:

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.

  • Joint Labor/Management Committees Purpose and Membership. Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues. The Committees will work toward the improvement of patient care and recommend ways and means to improve patient care; and will address problems and concerns related to staffing and workloads. The Committees’ function will be limited to an advisory capacity and shall not include any decision making or collective bargaining authority. Committee memberships:

  • Employee Relations Committee ‌ The parties agree to an Employee Relations Committee (E.R.C.) to address issues of concern to both employees and the Employer. The meetings will be held as needed at the request of either party at the store or at an otherwise mutually agreed location. The Union Representative and up to two (2) bargaining unit employees or their designates. Subjects addressed may include health and safety, housekeeping and maintenance. Issues that arise between meetings may be presented in writing to management or the Union. The Employer will reply in writing or determine that an additional

  • LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 1. A Statewide Labor Management Committee consisting of not more than five (5) members selected by the VSEA from among bargaining units represented by VSEA and not more than five (5) members selected by the State shall meet periodically to discuss a mutually agreed agenda which may include methods of improving labor relations, productivity, safety, and health problems of a continuing nature, or other problems which have an impact on conditions of employment; provided, however, these sessions are not for the purpose of discussing pending grievances or for collective bargaining on any subject.

  • Benefits Committee As per LOA#10, a benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.
