EMPLOYMENT STATUS DEFINED. A. The Employer and the Union recognize four categories of employees. Bargaining unit work shall only be performed by employees in one of the four following cat- egories: 1. Full year full-time: An employee who is employed at least thirty (30) hours per week. 2. Full year part-time: An employee who is employed less than thirty (30) hours per week for the entire twelve (12) months. 3. School year full-time: An employee who is employed for at least thirty (30) hours per week for the school year. 4. School year part-time: An employee who is employed for less than thirty (30) hours per week for the school year.
