Environments. Kineo shall not provide any Services levels to UAT environments
a) Kineo shall provide the Customer with one Production environment and one UAT environment as standard. Customer’s UAT site and usage is included under the Managed Services Fee.
b) The UAT environment will be used to facilitate Upgrades, Bolt-On / Plug-ins development and bug fixing and testing configurations before moving these to production.
c) The Customer shall not use any UAT environment for any live User data, or production activity.
d) Kineo shall provide the Customer with Sandbox sites on an as-needed basis; Sandbox sites shall not be available to the Customer on a continuous basis. If the production data needs to be transferred to a UAT environment for the Customer to sign-off a fix this shall only be performed upon the written confirmation of the Customer. Kineo shall exclude data that is not related to the fix being applied
Environments corrections. Concerns and complaints, which remain unresolved after committee recommen- dations have been issued, will be referred directly to the chief operating officer who, within 30 duty days of receiving a complaint, shall investigate and render a final and binding decision.
c. Health and safety complaints shall not be subject to the grievance procedure in Article 5. Unit members are not precluded from exercising any rights they may have under federal and state laws to seek outside review of alleged violations, and are encouraged to inform the school system when exercising such rights.
4. The parties agree that Federal and State Occupational Safety and Health Laws will be adhered to.
Environments. The U.S. signatories will provide to the foreign signatories, as part of the LV-to- Spacecraft Interface Control Document, the Loads/Shock/Vibration/Acoustic Environmental inputs for the spacecraft. The environments as specified in the LV- to-Spacecraft IRD will be used as the baseline for the spacecraft design. Any updates of LV environments will be coordinated with NSPO in a timely manner to assure the spacecraft design is not affected.
Environments. The Parties will check the cell in Table 1 below for a particular Product if Silver Spring is to install that Software module in the specified environment. Silver Spring will provide Application Management services as described in Task 4 of this SOW, for each environment for the term listed in Table 1. The term is further described in the next section of this Attachment. Environments. The Enterprise SaaS Tier includes access to one (1) Production Environment and access to two (2) Non-production Environments for CampusNexus Student, and CampusNexus Occupation Insight. The Premium SaaS Tier includes access to one (1) Production Environment and access to one (1) Non-production Environment for CampusNexus Finance, HR, & Payroll, and CampusNexus Engage, Succeed, and Apply. District shall receive access to 0 additional Non-production Environments. If required, District will receive a Data Validation Environment at no charge through the period ending thirty (30) days after the Go- Live date. At the end of such period the Data Validation Environment will be automatically terminated by CMC.
Environments. IQSS Computer Lab Services workstations currently use the following operating systems: • Microsoft Windows 11 or newer. • Apple macOS 13 or newer. Operating systems are updated as needed, with major upgrades occurring during late Summer.
