EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING. In specifying, procuring, installing and commissioning Equipment, the parties will be subject to and will comply with the terms of Clause 16, Schedule Part 9 (Outline Commissioning Programme) and the Final Commissioning Programme [for the relevant Phases]. The parties will liaise and agree a schedule of delivery around Group 2 Equipment and Group 3 Equipment as part of the Final Commissioning Programme [for the relevant Phase] to ensure the Works are designed and completed to enable the installation of the Equipment supplied by the Authority, taking into account loading, ventilation and fixing requirements. In accordance with Clause 16.6 and the Final Commissioning Programme [for the relevant Phase], early access to server rooms will be made available to allow the Authority to install, commission and monitor Group 3 Equipment, access being required until the [relevant Phase] Actual Completion Date. In addition: the server rooms must be completed, secure and completely cleaned by hubco prior to installation of Group 3 Equipment by the Authority, and this will be reflected in the Final Commissioning Programme [for the relevant Phase]; for the avoidance of doubt, no part of the Works will be carried out in the server rooms during or following installation of the Group 3 Equipment by the Authority, save to the extent authorised by the Authority acting reasonably; and there shall be no access to the server rooms by hubco following Group 3 Equipment installation in the server room save to the extent authorised by the Authority or otherwise by this Agreement.

EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING. The goal of this task is to install the necessary equipment for this project, to commission the equipment, and to integrate the equipment into normal facility operations. • Install the equipment as outlined in Design Report and Site Preparation and Equipment Procurement Report as follows: o Shut down facility processes as required; o Install new equipment; o Install measurement and verification (M&V) meters and equipment; and o Conduct pre-startup safety review. o Perform cold commissioning, which will include: ▪ Performance testing of new systems; ▪ Performance testing of integration with existing food production system; ▪ Performing a test run of production; and ▪ Optimize system performance in response to testing in order to meet stated performance specifications. • Provide an Equipment Installation Report that shall include, but not be limited to: o Summary of the equipment installation requirements for each demonstration site; o Identification of barriers involved during installation and discuss the steps taken to overcome those barriers; and o Discuss results of equipment start-up and commissioning at each site with respect to whether the equipment as installed meets the stated performance specifications. • Prepare CPR Report #2 in accordance with subtask 1. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING. 2.1. The cost of installing and switching on the Equipment is paid by the Contractor. 2.2. The Equipment shall be put into operation at the place of location no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of fulfillment of the following conditions: (a) conclusion of the Agreement, (c) signing the Acceptance/Transfer Certificate. 2.3. The moment of commissioning is the fact of connecting the Equipment to the Internet with the possibility of remote access. 2.4. Upon connection, the Contractor immediately (within a period not exceeding 1 (one) business day) shall send a notification by e-mail to the contact address of the Customer specified in the details.

EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING. The goal of this task is to install and commission the transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems for this project. • Disconnect electrical connections and cut refrigeration-piping connections in order to remove existing equipment, including condensing units, piping, valves, air units, and glycol chillers. • Set refrigeration racks and heat rejection equipment in place, one rack system at a time. • Install new piping runs on the roof to each individual load from the refrigeration racks. • Electrically connect new refrigeration racks. • Install new air units (evaporators) in the various refrigerated spaces. • Install new glycol chillers. • Install new spiral freezer equipment. • Fabricate, program, and install new refrigeration control panels for each rack system. • Commission equipment to meet stated performance specification. • Provide an Equipment Installation Memo for installation phases 1-3 that shall include, but not be limited to: o Summary of the equipment installation requirements for each demonstration site; o Identification of barriers involved during installation and discuss the steps taken to overcome those barriers; o Discussion of results of equipment commissioning at each site with respect to whether the equipment as installed meets the stated performance specifications. • Submit CPR Report #1 and participate in CPR meeting in accordance with subtask 1.3.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Licenses for Permanent Installation The contractor must comply with all State mandatory licensing requirements prior to installation. Questions on licensing requirements should be directed to the State Licensing Board. Contractor must furnish and install all furniture and materials in compliance with all applicable codes, whether local, state, or federal; and that all permits or licenses required for installation will be obtained without cost to the State.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.

  • Maintenance Repairs Utility Installations Trade Fixtures and Alterations (a) Section 8.1(a) is amended in its entirety to read as follows: Subject to the provisions of Sections 8.2, 10, and 15, Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense and at all times, keep the Building Complex and every part thereof in good order, condition and repair (whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Tenant's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Building Complex), including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, plumbing, electrical lighting facilities, boilers, fired or unfired pressure vessels, fire hose connections, fixtures, interior walls, exterior walls, roof, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, parking areas and lighting, driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation systems, and subject to Section 8.1(b) below, heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems, but excluding any items which are the responsibility of Landlord pursuant to Section 8.2 below. Tenant, in keeping the Building Complex in good order, condition and repair, shall exercise and perform good maintenance practices, including, without limitation, providing janitorial services to the Building Complex substantially equivalent to those attached hereto as Exhibit I and, snow, ice and trash removal service. Tenant's obligations shall include restorations, replacements or renewals when necessary to keep the Building Complex and all improvements thereon or a part thereof in good order, condition and state of repair. (b) Section 8.1(b) is amended in its entirety to read as follows: Tenant shall procure and pay the cost of a contract for maintenance of the heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems for the Building Complex with a reputable contractor licensed in the State of Colorado and reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. (c) Section 8.1(c) is amended to replace, in both places where it is used, the word "Premises" with the words "Building Complex" and to add the words "including, without limitation, the Premises," before the words "after twenty". (d) Section 8.2 is amended in its entirety to read as follows:

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.

  • Installation and Use You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living or intending to live at your premises requires life support equipment, you must: (i) register the premises with your retailer or with us; and (ii) provide medical confirmation for the premises. (b) Subject to satisfying the requirements in the Rules, your premises may cease to be registered as having life support equipment if medical confirmation is not provided to us or your retailer.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.
