Essential Qualifications. An originating pharmacy may outsource prescription drug filling to a central fill pharmacy or prescription drug order processing to a central processing pharmacy provided the pharmacies:
a. Have the same owner or have entered into a written contract or agreement, which is available for inspection and copying by the board or its authorized agent, that outlines the services to be provided and the responsibilities and accountabilities of each pharmacy in compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations; and
b. Share a common electronic file or have appropriate technology to allow access to sufficient information necessary or required to perform the contracted functions.
Essential Qualifications a) Selection of qualified bidder would be based on experience and turnover. Tenders are invited only from reputed manufactures and their authorized dealers.
b) Up to the last date for submitting tenders, a minimum of 03 calendar years experience in supply of Kitchen Equipments to Government Hotel Management Institutions is essential. Apart from this, the tenders shall submit the list of organizations to whom they have supplied the items. The tenderers shall enclose copies of supply orders from Government Hotel Management Institutes in support of this qualification. Please enclose any three work order in the supply of the same.
c) Bidders shall enclose a copy of their valid certificate of PAN No., TAN No, GST No./Sale Tax/VAT No./Service Tax No., certificate of other taxes which are applicable and Income Tax return (last 03 Financial Year) or any other document as required by the Institute with their tender.
d) The bidder should have completed one (1) order of amount Rs 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs) or two (2) orders of amount Rs 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs) each of any govt. organization.
e) Audited report of the bidder for last three financial years (FY’ 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18) and average annual turnover of the bidder should be submitted with the tender. An average turnover of Rs. 1 Crore for the last three financial years duly signed by Chartered accountant is mandatory.
f) Letter of declaration that the bidder should not have been black listed by any State Government/Central Government or any PSU. An undertaking has to be enclosed.
Essential Qualifications. A Telemed provider must:
3.01 Be certified by and in good standing with, the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, or be eligible to be certified within 12 months of the date of execution of this Agreement; or
3.02 Be a Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant (PA) under the supervision of CONTRACTOR via CONTRACTOR's board certified psychiatrists.
3.03 All Telemed provider(s) must establish and maintain active participation in the Medicare and Medicaid program as an approved provider.

A registered company or companies. • Not blacklisted according to EU-UN restrictive measures. • Fulfilled obligations related to payment of social security and taxes. • Not bankrupted or in the process of going bankrupt. • Not been convicted for an offense concerning professional conduct. • Not been guilty of grave professional misconduct (proven by any means which the contracting authorities can justify). • Not been guilty of serious misinterpretation in supplying information. • Not in a situation of conflict or potential conflict of interest with ASB Greece. • Not declared a serious fault of implementation owing to a breach of our contractual obligations. • Not employ personnel below the legal working age. • Provide basic social rights and fair working conditions to our employees. • Not on any list of sanctioned parties issued by the United States Government, United Nations and European Union.
Essential Qualifications. 6.1 All PSS employees will be required to achieve and maintain competence in all areas relating to their employment. PSS employees will be provided with formal and on- the-job training to achieve initial competence.
6.2 DPS will provide periodic refresher training to assist PSS employees in maintaining employment competencies. This will include:
(a) first aid training, and
(b) defensive tactics.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following essential qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the area of Emergency Management – Planning, Preparedness, Response and Recovery activities. • Demonstrated experience and skilled/certified instructors that can provide recognized training and workshops, and in some cases where applicable, certified courses that meet Provincial/Federal standards. • Proven understanding of Indigenous knowledge, values and interests regarding emergency management, including the integration and inclusion of Indigenous knowledge. • Experience collaborating with diverse partners, including Indigenous communities, government departments, regulators, non-governmental organizations and/or industry. • Experience working collaboratively with Indigenous communities, agencies and organizations and provincial and federal government agencies or departments that support Emergency Management. Experience ensuring that activities and processes incorporate Indigenous protocols and values.
Essential Qualifications. The senior research consultant: • PhD or equivalent in social sciences; • Significant experience in leading research synthesis (e.g., evidence maps, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses), demonstrated through a track record of publications and evidence uptake. The junior researcher/research assistant: • Bachelor’s in economics, political science, international development or other relevant social science; a post-graduate degree an advantage; • Knowledge of impact evaluation and econometric analysis; • Attention to detail and patience to review large amounts of data without losing concentration; • Excellent record keeping skills; • Demonstrated interest in international development policies and programmes.
