Extended Day Kindergarten. 10.8.1 Under the auspices of the OEA/OUSD Joint Committee on Extended Day Kindergarten, OEA and the District representatives shall evaluate the Extended Day Kindergarten program annually no later than March 1 to determine the success of the program, as well as adherence to this collective bargaining agreement between OEA and OUSD. Kindergarten teachers shall be afforded the same terms and conditions as other classroom teachers.

Extended Day Kindergarten. 7.12.1 Kindergarten teachers at Title I schools will participate with their site administrators and with the District Curriculum & Instruction administrators in ongoing discussions to monitor, improve, and evaluate the Extended Day Kindergarten.

Extended Day Kindergarten. Unit members shall be on site 370 minutes per day exclusive of a lunch period. Of the 370 minutes, an average of 281 shall be used for direct instructional class time and consistent with Education Code provisions relevant to extended kindergarten instructional time. The schedule for the remaining on site time shall be determined by the affected unit members and their immediate supervisor. Prep time for teachers in the extended day kindergarten program shall be consistent with grade 1-3 teachers (Article 6.12.2). Minimum days for teachers in the extended day kindergarten program shall be consistent with Article 6.3.2 of the collective bargaining agreement.

  • Monday morning (2) The employee should not work more than 16 hours without an 8 hour break.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • Christmas or New Year's Day Off The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shift shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off.

  • Christmas Closedown 15.1 It is agreed that whenever annual leave is taken in conjunction with the Christmas/New Year period (as per Calendar in sub-clause 2.11), it is to be taken in accordance with the following procedure.

  • Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS Upon request, Verizon will update its database used to provide originating line number screening (the database of information which indicates to an operator the acceptable billing methods for calls originating from the calling number (e.g., penal institutions, COCOTS).

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.

  • Four Day Work Week 26 1. If a holiday falls on an employee's first or second scheduled day 27 off, the preceding work day will be observed as that employee's holiday, or the 28 employee may choose to bank the holiday leave hours.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • School Day A. The length of the school day shall be seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes inclusive of the arrival and departure time.
