Extended Day Kindergarten. 10.8.1 Under the auspices of the OEA/OUSD Joint Committee on Extended Day Kindergarten, OEA and the District representatives shall evaluate the Extended Day Kindergarten program annually no later than March 1 to determine the success of the program, as well as adherence to this collective bargaining agreement between OEA and OUSD. Kindergarten teachers shall be afforded the same terms and conditions as other classroom teachers.

Extended Day Kindergarten. 14.8.5.1 Extended day Kindergarten Program is defined as a day that goes beyond state instructional minute requirements. 14.8.5.2 When not providing instruction or using preparation time for their own students, the member’s schedule for the remainder of the day shall be worked out mutually with the teacher and the site administrator.
Extended Day Kindergarten. 7.12.1 Kindergarten teachers at Title I schools will participate with their site administrators and with the District Curriculum & Instruction administrators in ongoing discussions to monitor, improve, and evaluate the Extended Day Kindergarten. 7.12.2 Kindergarten teachers at the Title I schools, a CVTA designee, the site administrators at the Title I schools, and the District Curriculum administrators will mutually determine a method to decide whether the program should continue, be modified, or be discontinued.

The individual’s schedule for the remainder of the day (total day is 6.5 hours inclusive of lunch) shall be worked out mutually with the teacher and the site administrator.
Extended Day Kindergarten. Unit members shall be on site 370 minutes per day exclusive of a lunch period. Of the 370 minutes, an average of 281 shall be used for direct instructional class time and consistent with Education Code provisions relevant to extended kindergarten instructional time.   • Christmas Closedown 15.1 It is agreed that whenever annual leave is taken in conjunction with the Christmas/New Year period (as per Calendar in sub-clause 2.11), it is to be taken in accordance with the following procedure. 15.2 Employees who have not accrued sufficient pro rata annual leave prior to commencement of the Christmas/New Year period, may be granted leave without pay by their Employer to give that employee at least the minimum leave of absence required. 15.3 Where the Employer decides to close a site over the Christmas/New Year period for any period in excess of the agreed minimum closedown, up to and including 20 Annual Leave days, then the Employer shall give at least 2 months’ notice to employees as per the relevant Award. Employees who have no, or insufficient, accrued annual leave equal to the period of the closure, may be granted leave without pay for that period. 15.4 Notwithstanding anything elsewhere contained in this Agreement, the Employer may require any employee to work in unforeseen or emergency circumstances during the Christmas period. 15.5 Where an employee requests that annual leave be allowed in one continuous period at Christmas, such a request shall not be unreasonably refused. 15.6 It is a breach of this Agreement and the Award for an employee to be paid his/her full accrual, or part thereof, of annual leave at Christmas or any other time, unless that employee takes such annual leave or his/her employment is terminated. Employment is not to be terminated for reasons of avoidance of this clause.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • School Day The school day for members of the bargaining unit shall not exceed seven and one-half (7½) hours of consecutive time which shall include a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of no less than thirty (30) minutes.

In the event fails to deliver the Premises to Tenant with the Tenant Improvements Substantially Complete on or before December 1, 2015 ("Second Outside Date"), as such Second Outside Date shall be deemed extended due to Force Majeure delays and Tenant Delays, Tenant may terminate this Lease by delivery of written notice to Landlord no later than that date which is five (5) business days after such Second Outside Date, in which case Landlord will immediately refund all amounts paid by Tenant pursuant to this Lease and Tenant shall have no further obligations to Landlord pursuant to this Lease except for those obligations which expressly survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.

  • WORKING DAY BEFORE AUCTION DATE Any intending bidder who intends to bid on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm is required to deposit with the Auctioneer prior to the auction sale an authority letter to state that he/she is acting on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm and he/she is authorised to sign all the necessary documents.
