  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.

  • Compensation for Overtime 9.5.1 All overtime hours, except those overtime hours exceeding twelve (12) hours in one day, shall be compensated at a rate of pay equal to time and one-half the regular rate of pay of the employee.   • Compensation for Mandatory Assistance City will compensate Contractor for fees incurred for providing Mandatory Assistance. If, however, the fees incurred for the Mandatory Assistance are determined, through resolution of the third party dispute or litigation, or both, to be attributable in whole, or in part, to the acts or omissions of Contractor, its agents, officers, and employees, Contractor shall reimburse City for all fees paid to Contractor, its agents, officers, and employees for Mandatory Assistance.
