Facilities Requirements. Provided Customer, its Authorized Agent or its third party contractor, as appropriate, are certified by the appropriate Civil Aviation Authority or Federal Aviation Authority, Customer or its Authorized Agent may, at its option, Correct defective Boeing Products at its facilities or may subcontract Corrections to a third party contractor.
Facilities Requirements. Customer may at its option Correct defective Boeing Spare Parts at its facilities or may subcontract Corrections to a Contractor. A Contractor must be certified by Customer's Civil Aviation Authority or the Federal Aviation Administration.

Facilities Requirements. In the case where Customer is certified to do so by the applicable Civil Aviation Authority, Customer may Correct defective Seller Parts at its facilities.
Facilities Requirements. All facilities to be designed, purchased, installed, constructed, or otherwise furnished for conveyance to DIC or WaterPro pursuant to this Agreement or to be connected, directly or indirectly, to DIC’s water distribution and delivery system, shall be designed, constructed, and installed in accordance with materials, assembly, installation, performance, and other specifications established by DIC from time to time and any and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, or ordinances. In order to facilitate the foregoing, DIC shall, with the cooperation and assistance of WaterPro, from time to time establish and make generally available to WaterPro and to actual and potential Culinary Customers such policies, procedures, specifications, and other criteria relating to the foregoing as DIC may determine to be reasonable and appropriate, subject to any required consent or approval of the PSC.
Facilities Requirements. (1) The offeror shall complete and submit the provided MSC Ship Repair Facility Survey Form (MSC Form 4330/26) (Refer to RFP Attachment J-4). Forms must be signed and dated. Note the following special instructions when completing the form:
i. On sheet 2 of 5, the “Services Available” block should include only those services which are permanently installed. Temporary service capability should be listed on sheet 5 of 5.
ii. Photocopies of crane certification data shall be supplied.
iii. The following instructions apply to the submittals list located on sheet 5 of 5:
a) Submittal number 1: submit as instructed.
b) Submittal number 2: submit as instructed.
c) Submittal number 3: do not submit.
d) Submittal number 4: do not submit, covered elsewhere in RFP.
e) Submittal number 5: do not submit, covered elsewhere in RFP.
f) Submittal number 6: submit as instructed, do not list subcontractor locations.
g) Submittal number 7: do not submit.
iv. Use additional sheets as necessary to give a complete description of your facilities.
(2) Offeror shall submit written confirmation that they have available dry-dock space to accommodate the vessel for all days of the performance period.
(3) The offeror shall submit written confirmation that they shall provide a reliable source of electrical shore power that conforms with Section 7.0 of Work Item 0011, Furnish General Services (T-EPF class).
(4) The offeror shall confirm the capability to provide the vessel with continuous flow salt water cooling that conforms with Section 7.0 of Work Item 0011, Furnish General Services (T-EPF class).
Facilities Requirements. Each Supplier Facility shall meet the minimum security and other standards agreed by the parties.

Facilities Requirements a. The District shall provide:
i. each Virtual Academy regular classroom teacher their own grade-level appropriate classroom (e.g. regular classroom teachers serving elementary students placed at an elementary school, secondary at a secondary school), that is not shared with before/after-school programs or other staff, unless agreed to by the educator, and
ii. each Virtual Academy non-classroom educator their own classroom or workspace, that is not shared with before/after-school programs or other staff, unless agreed to by the educator, and iii. classrooms equipped with internet connectivity and/or WiFi.
