Facilities Requirements. All facilities to be designed, purchased, installed, constructed, or otherwise furnished for conveyance to DIC or WaterPro pursuant to this Agreement or to be connected, directly or indirectly, to DIC’s water distribution and delivery system, shall be designed, constructed, and installed in accordance with materials, assembly, installation, performance, and other specifications established by DIC from time to time and any and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, or ordinances. (4) The offeror shall confirm the capability to provide the vessel with continuous flow salt water cooling that conforms with Section 7.0 of Work Item 0011, Furnish General Services (T-EPF class).
