Fee Reductions. In the case of fee reductions pre-approved and processed by the County, the payment due to the Contractor will be calculated based on the Registration Fee percentages above before any County-authorized fee reductions. Fee Reductions. Each Critical Milestone identifies a key project milestone that will be used to evaluate ACS’ delivery of the requested Services. The goal of identifying Critical Milestones is to support Symetra’s desire to manage ACS by monitoring and measuring actual performance against Symetra’s most-important business deadlines. Fee Reductions. To the Knowledge of Seller, except as may be set forth in a Material Contract, the Brokerage Agreement or Advisory Agreement, there are no agreements or commitments governing a relationship with a Client with any Subject Company that provides for any material reduction of fees charged (or in other compensation payable to the Subject Companies thereunder) at any time subsequent to the date hereof or contains any undertaking by any Subject Company to cap fees or to reimburse any or all fees thereunder.
