Fees and Refunds. 21.1. You understand that the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSA Fee) quoted in your Offer Schedule (or, for Study Abroad students, included as part of your study abroad fee) is the fee payable by students as at the time the Offer is made to you. This fee is charged in accordance with the Student Services and Amenities Fee Policy xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxxxxx- fee-payments-and-refunds-procedure. You acknowledge that the SSA Fee payable by you is subject to change as it is indexed each year in accordance with the Student Services and Amenities Fee Policy. 21.2. You understand and agree that the annual tuition fee (which, for Study Abroad students, is included as part of your study abroad fee) recorded on your Offer Schedule: 21.2.1. does not cover the SSA Fee, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), textbooks, accommodation, equipment or field trips, including prescribed professional or clinical placements, or any other expenses you incur during the course of your studies; 21.2.2. is the fee payable for the year specified in the Offer Schedule. The annual tuition fee for your Course is reviewed annually and is subject to change in accordance with the Tuition Fee Policy for International Students (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx- procedures/international-tuition-fee-payment-and-refund-procedure2). The fee that you are required to pay may be higher than that stated on your Offer Schedule, depending on when your Course commences; 21.2.3. if you have been offered a coursework degree, entitles you to enrol in a maximum of 12 credit points per study period (24 credit points per annum) or (if applicable) 9 credit points per trimester (27 credit points per annum). Additional enrolment will attract a pro-rata tuition fee which may not be covered by Australia Awards Scholarships administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade / Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research scholarship (ACIAR); and 21.2.4. if you have been offered a research degree, entitles you to enrol in one year of a specified research Course. 21.3. Fees and Refunds. 3.1 All HE programmes which lead to an award incur a fee for each academic year of study, including a repeated academic year with or without personal mitigating circumstances or interruption of study. Your Tuition Fee will be determined by your tuition fee status under the Education (Fees and Awards) (England) Regulations 2007 as amended. 3.2 Tuition Fees are set annually and are found on the B&FC’s website. They are also set out in the Offer. Further information on other costs, which may be applicable to your Programme, can be found within the relevant Programme specification and on the B&FC website. 3.3 When you enrol, you accept that you are responsible for ensuring that you supply B&FC with full and correct information about who will pay your Tuition Fee. You are also responsible for informing Student Administration if your payment method changes after enrolment. 3.4 If an external organisation other than the Student Loan Company is sponsoring you (paying your Tuition Fee), you agree that: a) B&FC may share your personal data, including your academic progress, with your sponsor, without seeking any further consent from you; b) you remain responsible for ensuring that your Tuition Fee is paid; and c) if your sponsor defaults on any Tuition Fee payment arrangement, you may not be allowed to continue with your programme pending alternative payments being agreed with B&FC. 3.5 If you have not made suitable arrangement to pay the Tuition Fee or Tuition Fee related charges, or you default on any Tuition Fee or Tuition Fee related charges, B&FC may restrict your access to library and IT services. In addition, you may not be allowed to continue with your programme. If there are outstanding Tuition Fee or Tuition Fee related charges at the end of an academic year, you will be prevented from enrolling to the next academic year until those outstanding Tuition Fee or Tuition Fee related charges have been paid in full or you have agreed an arrangement to pay which is acceptable to B&FC. Fees and Refunds. 6.1. Certain Services may be subject to a fee, as provided in the applicable Specific Terms. Unless otherwise expressly agreed by UiPath, all payments are due 30 (thirty) days from the date of the invoice. Should you fail to pay, UiPath may collect the fees using alternative collection mechanisms. UiPath reserves the right to change its fees at any time at its sole discretion.
