Fees and Refunds. 3.1 All HE programmes which lead to an award incur a fee for each academic year of study, including a repeated academic year with or without personal mitigating circumstances or interruption of study. You will not be allowed access to any portion of the Sites or the Services for which a prepaid fee is required unless and until the Company receives all fees and charges payable by you. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, then the Company may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms, which may include charging other payment methods on file with the Company and/or retaining collection agencies or legal counsel.
