Fire Dispatch Services. COUNTY’s provision to CALISTOGA of the services described in Exhibit “B” shall be provided to CALISTOGA at no cost as the remainder of the consideration for the services provided by CALISTOGA to COUNTY.

Fire Dispatch Services. The City agrees to provide Fire Dispatch Services for the Service Area, for and on behalf of the Regional District, which services shall include, but are not limited to, the following:  receipt of 9-1-1 and other emergency telephone calls from the general public and interrogation of the calling party;  paging and two-way communication services for fire departments and rescue services within the Service Area in accordance with the Operational Guidelines of those departments and services;  arranging for the provision of additional resources in response to an emergency where requested by fire departments and rescue services within the Service Area;  benchmarking agency apparatus in the CAD system; DRAFT  updating and testing information in the CAD system to record agency support and vital information relating to the call;  as FOCC staff resources permit, and upon agreement of the parties, providing one on one radio communications training to fire/rescue agencies within the Service Area;  ensuring that Fire Dispatch Services are provided at the NFPA 1221 standard for dispatch operations;  emergency communications radio system testing and fire/rescue agency alerting system testing; and  assisting Regional District staff and contractors in dealing with Fire Dispatch System technical issues.
Fire Dispatch Services. Fire dispatch services include: • Receipt of 9-1-1 and other emergency telephone calls from the general public and interrogation of the calling party; • Receipt of alarm monitoring calls from alarm monitoring companies; • Receipt of First Medical Response incidents from the British Columbia Ambulance Service; • Receipt of emergency incidents directly from fire departments via radio or telephone; • Dispatch and two-way communication services with fire departments within their fire protection areas in accordance with department operational procedures: o Incident notification via alerting and voice paging using the Regional District of Central Okanagan’s regional radio system. o Secondary notification (non-critical) via email messaging o Incident details via facsimile or internet printer rip and run report • Dispatch mutual aid departments as directed by the host department; • Contact additional resources as requested by departments. Additional resources include, but not limited to: o British Columbia Ambulance Service o Royal Canadian Mounted Police o BC Wildfire Service o Fortis Gas and Hydro o BC Hydro o Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure • Create an incident report, benchmark apparatus, and update information in the computer aided dispatch system; • Conduct regular radio system testing; • Provide basic incident information (nature of incident and general location) to the media; • Record and store audio associated with 9-1-1 lines, non-emergency telephone lines, and radio communications (paging and command channel); • Strive to deliver fire dispatch services in accordance with NFPA 1221 and industry best practices; and • 9-1-1 call routing, processing and delivery of 9-1-1 calls is the responsibility of TELUS.

  • Extra Services District-authorized services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District-authorized reimbursables not included in Architect’s Fee.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, BellSouth shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by BellSouth (collectively “Conversion”). BellSouth shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from Global Dialtone. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between Global Dialtone and BellSouth. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. BellSouth will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 below.
