First Warning. The van driver will verbally communicate the details of the incident to the parent/guardian. Second Warning: The van driver may assign seats to the student(s) involved and will contact the parents of the situation. Third Warning: Student may receive a suspension from riding the van for up to five (5) days. A parent conference will be required with the driver, student, and a Book of Life Academy Administrator to discuss the situation and future riding privileges.
First Warning. A reminder of the rule and a warning that any future violations may result in further action being taken against the account. The account is blocked for one (1) trading day.
First Warning. The bus driver will verbally communicate with the student about the behavior. Depending on the severity the driver / contractor may contact the parent / guardian.
First Warning. This may be oral or written according to the circumstances. In either event, you will be advised that the warning constitutes the first formal stage of this procedure. If the warning is verbal, a note that such a warning has been given will be placed in the Company’s records.

Upon discovery that the Premises does not comply with applicable maintenance standards, NID will send, via U.S. Mail, a notice to Landowner identifying those conditions that require remediation (“Remediation Notice”). The Remediation Notice shall specify a date and time, no sooner than 10 calendar days following the date of the Remediation Notice, at which NID will inspect the Premises to determine whether identified deficiencies in the condition of the Premises have been resolved to NID’s satisfaction. In the event the conditions identified in the Remediation Notice have been remediated to NID’s satisfaction, District will issue to Landowner a Compliance Letter stating that the issues identified in the Remediation Notice have been resolved and that no further actions are required.
First Warning. If the issue continues to remain a problem, a first written warning shall be given. This letter will advise that failure to rectify the problem will result in termination. Again, this shall be done in the presence of a site employee representative, if requested. This warning will remain "active" on an employee's personnel record for a period of 12 months.
First Warning. On the first occasion of unsatisfactory behaviour a senior representative of the Company shall: • Advise the employee of the behaviour that is deemed to be unsatisfactory; • Advise the employee of the action required to correct the problem; • Advise the employee of the consequences of continuing the unsatisfactory behaviour; and • The employee may request the attendance of his/her union or an employee representative of he/she wishes. The details of the warning shall be confirmed in a letter from the Company to the employee
First Warning. Where disciplinary action is necessary, the management representative shall notify the employee of the reason and the employee will be given an opportunity to respond. In the event that the employee’s response is unsatisfactory then a first warning may be issued. The first warning may be verbal or written and will be recorded on the employee's personnel file. In the event of serious misconduct, as defined by the FWC, and with the authority of the Executive Director or nominated authority, a first and final warning may be issued in lieu of a dismissal. A union representative or other employee representative shall be present if desired by either party.
