Time off work during notice period. Where the Employer has given notice of termination to an Employee, an Employee will be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment. The time off will be taken at times that are convenient to the Employee after consultation with the Employer.
Time off work during notice period. (a) During the period of notice of termination given by Xxxxx Xxxxx, a staff member will be allowed up to one day’s time off without loss of pay during each week of notice for the purpose of seeking other employment.
Time off work during notice period. (i) Where a decision has been made to terminate an employee in the circumstances outlined in subclause 7.2 (a) (i), the employee shall be allowed up to one (1) day’s time off (for each week of notice) without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment.

During the period of notice of termination given by the RFDS for reasons set out in clause 25.1, a pilot shall be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay during each week of notice for the purpose of seeking other employment. If the pilot has been allowed paid leave for more than one day during the notice period for the purpose of seeking other employment, the pilot shall, at the request of the RFDS, produce proof of attendance at an interview, or he/she will not receive payment for the time absent. For this purpose a Statutory Declaration will be sufficient.

Where the Credit Union has given notice of termination to a full-time employee or a part-time employee, the employee shall be allowed up to one day’s leave per week without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment. The leave shall be taken at times that are convenient to the employee after reaching agreement with the Credit Union.
