Flextime Hours. It is the expectation and responsibility of registered nurses to endeavour to balance flextime worked with flextime taken. If, at the end of a designated flextime period, a registered nurse has worked in excess of one hundred and fifty (150) hours (or one hundred and forty (140) hours applicable to those registered nurses grandparented) and those excess hours are not approved by the manager as over- time, such hours must be scheduled off in the next flextime period at the rate of straight time. If the registered nurse is unable to schedule such time off in the next flextime period, they must consult with the manager to discuss scheduling options and/or payment at straight time if scheduling time off is not possible.

Flextime Hours. Worked On Or After October 10, 2004. An eligible employee’s unused flextime earned on or after October 10, 2004, shall not exceed 120 hours, as recorded on the most current Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) administrative report on flextime balances. An eligible employee having an unused flextime balance of 120 hours, or more, of flextime earned on or after October 10, 2004, as recorded on the most current administrative report on flextime balances, shall not earn flextime, regardless of the hours such employee works, until such employee’s flextime balance recorded on a subsequent MPD administrative report for flextime balances is less than 120 hours. In the event an eligible employee has accumulated 120 hours of flextime, as recorded on the most current Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) administrative report on flextime balances, the employee may request of the Chief of Police payment for a portion of those 120 hours. Any decision as to how and when payment shall be made, i.e. either in cash or time off, shall be within the sole discretion of the Chief of Police pursuant to paragraph 5.c., hereof. In the event the Chief of Police determines that neither payment in cash or in time off shall be made at the time of the employee’s request, the Chief of Police shall permit the eligible employee to temporarily accumulate an additional 40 hours of flextime, i.e. for a temporary total of 160 hours of flextime. The temporary 160 hours of flextime accumulation shall exist for a period of no more than 120 days, at the end of which time the Chief of Police shall have reduced the employee’s flextime balance below 120 hours.
Flextime Hours. 5.5.1. flextime bandwidth is the span of hours on a day that an employee may work as part of the flextime scheme. The standard flextime bandwidth is from 7.30am until 6.30pm.

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required. Each zone and bureau and One Yonge Street shall be considered separate geographical locations. A part-time employee who is scheduled to work additional hours beyond the base hours (under the terms of Article 7) and who does not work those hours due to sickness shall be paid for such hours under the application of the sick leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).

  • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • Support Hours 3.1. Standard Support Hours: Toll-free telephone support (0-000-000-0000 option #2) is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST. After- hours, holiday and weekend support for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues is available by calling 0-000-000-0000, option #8.

  • Shift Hours All shifts assigned by the Employer must conform with the following guidelines:
