Lucent Technologies Proprietary 3.2 ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO BE PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER: (a) Customer will also be responsible for furnishing the items described in this Section 3.2 as required by the conditions of the particular installation or other on-site Service at no cost to Seller and such items are not included in Seller's price for the Services. Seller shall have the right to invoice Customer for any costs or expenses incurred by Seller as a result of Customer's failure to provide any of these items described in this Section 3.2 and all such invoices shall be paid by Customer in accordance with this Agreement. (i) Access to Building and Work Site Customer shall provide employees of Seller and its subcontractors free access to premises and facilities at all hours during the scheduled Service or at such other times as are requested by Seller. Customer shall obtain for Seller's employees and its subcontractors' employees any identification and clearance credentials which are necessary to enable Seller and its subcontractors to have access to the work site. (ii) Site Coordination At Seller's request Customer shall coordinate with Customer's subcontractors, property managers, Regional Bell Operating Company, Local Exchange Carrier and any other parties and tenants having rights to the work site or whose participation is necessary in order for Seller to perform the applicable Services. (iii) Environmental Conditions Prior to the Services start date, Customer shall insure that the premises will be dry and free from dust and Hazardous Materials, including but not limited to asbestos, and that the premises are in such condition as not to be injurious to Seller's or its subcontractors' employees or to the Products and Licensed Materials to be installed. Prior to Services start date and during the performance of the Services, Customer shall, if requested by Seller, provide Seller with sufficient data to assist Seller and its subcontractors in evaluating the environmental conditions at the work site (including without limitation, the presence of Hazardous Materials...

  • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

  • Wet Weather In the event of wet weather, work in the open will continue until the particular work in hand can no longer be done safely and efficiently. Whilst it is raining, employees will be required to: Continue to work under cover or relocate to alternative work under cover, on site. Obtain materials and services for employees working under cover where there is only minimal exposure to inclement weather. When required, perform emergency and safety work. In addition, work on unexpected breakdowns, which can be corrected in limited time duration. Should a portion of the project be affected by wet weather, all other employees not so affected shall continue working in accordance with award conditions, regardless that some employees may be entitled to cease work due to wet weather. If a halt to productive work occurs due to inclement weather, the parties agree that employees may be relocated to other unaffected sites. Where the above steps are not possible, affected employees may be required to attend tool box meetings, work planning sessions or skills development activities, all of which will count as productive time for payment purposes.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Window Coverings No curtains, draperies, blinds, shutters, shades, awnings, screens or other coverings, window ventilators, hangings, decorations or similar equipment shall be attached to, hung or placed in, or used in or with any window of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to control all lighting within the Premises that may be visible from the exterior of the Building.

  • Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. Owner will replace smoke detector equipment as needed.

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.
