Flyer Sample Clauses

The "Flyer" clause defines the terms and conditions under which promotional materials, such as flyers, may be created, distributed, or used in connection with the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for producing the flyers, the approval process for their content, and any restrictions on their distribution or branding. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have clear guidelines regarding the use of flyers, thereby preventing unauthorized or inappropriate promotional activities and maintaining brand consistency.
