Upon receipt, Food and Nutrition Services will prepare a menu to cover a five-day period (15 meals). This five-day menu will be submitted to OCOEM through SEM. In addition, Food and Nutrition Services will schedule a meeting for all Food Service Managers assigned to an emergency evacuation shelter to review emergency evacuation shelter procedures.
