FREE HOUSING. 5.2.1. Workers, who permanently stay at the workplace during every work period, shall have free housing. Workers shall generally be placed in single rooms. 5.2.2. In exceptional instances may workers be placed in double rooms. These rooms shall be sufficiently spacious and it shall be ensured that workers sharing a room do not have to sleep there at the same time. At the beginning of the development project, during the building of the employee camp, however, two may be placed together in a room. 5.2.3. Each room shall have, in addition to the normal furniture, a reading light over the bed and blinds for the window. The employee camp shall have a sitting room with a television and seats for the inhabitants. An effort shall be made to provide other leisure options as appropriate. 5.2.4. Every employee shall have a locked storage facility for clothes and other personal items. The rooms shall be lockable. Bed linen shall be changed not less than every two weeks. The workers shall have access to a telephone automat and Internet connections at the employee camp. The sleeping wings of the employee camp shall be furnished with a sufficiently large storage facility for protective clothing and facilities for drying work clothes. Alarm systems shall be installed in all sleeping wings as approved by the Fire Prevention Authority. The workers shall be informed of the handling of fire prevention equipment and first-aid and fire-prevention courses shall generally be held for the workplace foremen and the shop stewards at six-month intervals.

FREE HOUSING. In consideration of the execution or renewal of this lease for the dwelling unit identified in the Lease, owner and resident agree as follows:
FREE HOUSING. The Company shall provide housing in Yulin City for the Employee. The Company shall also bear the costs with respect to the hiring of domestic help as well as all telephone charges (other than private overseas calls which shall be the responsibility of the Employee) and all other running costs such as utilities, electricity, fuel, lighting, water and maintenance of the premises.
FREE HOUSING. Please see Section 9 of this lease agreement. Drug related activity will not be tolerated on or near the property, whether on the part of the tenant, any member of the household, any guest or any other person. Acts of violence or threats of violence, including but not limited to, brandishing weapons or the unlawful discharge of firearms, on or near the property will not be tolerated. The parties agree that violation of any or all of these provisions shall be a material violation of the lease and will be cause for immediate termination of the lease. Nothing shall be placed or kept on the outer sill or on the outside of any window, and nothing shall be thrown out of any window, door or from any porch into any attached court, yard, sidewalk, or alley. No awnings or other projections shall be attached to the outside walls of the building, and no blinds, shades or screens shall be attached to or hung in, or used in connection with any window or door of the demised premises, without prior written consent of the property owner. No linens, clothing, curtains, rugs or mops shall be shaken or hung from any of the windows or doors. No garbage, trash or junk (definition of will be at the sole discretion of the landlord) is allowed to be stored on the property at any time. If the landlord determines that clean up is necessary, it will be done immediately without notice and the tenant will be responsible for any and all costs associated with the clean up.
FREE HOUSING. Students living in substance-free housing agree to follow an alcohol and drug-free lifestyle where alcohol (and, of course, other illegal drugs) are not permitted in the residence hall. 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Apartments, Xxxxxxxx, XxXxxxxx and the 3rd floor of Minor are designated as substance-free for the academic year. Students living in 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx will have access to special programming to expand their knowledge of holistic wellness. Programs may include cooking demonstrations, outdoor activities, mindfulness and meditation, and other activities planned using feedback and shared interests of the residents within the community.
FREE HOUSING. You understand and agree that the Home IS IS NOT designated as a smoke-free unit.

  • Fair Housing The Agency is committed to compliance with all laws as well as the philosophy of fair housing for all people. The Agency will present the Property to all prospective Buyers in compliance with local, State, and Federal Fair Housing laws against discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, age, marital status and/or familial status, children, or other prohibited factors.

  • Affordable Housing Owner shall set aside and reserve ten percent (10%) of the total multifamily residential units located in the Project as affordable housing units consistent with the terms set forth herein, for Income Eligible Residents earning in the aggregate no more than sixty percent (60%) of AMI. The published income limits will be adjusted by household size. The income limits will be adjusted annually according to the HUD published limits. To that end, no fewer than the number of multifamily units in the Project set forth in the table below shall, pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Land Use Restriction Agreement (i.e., the “XXXX”) in substantially the form attached hereto as “Attachment 1” to this Schedule P and incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Schedule but which are defined in the XXXX shall have the same meaning herein as therein. Each Phase of the Project shall have no few than the number of Affordable Housing Units allocated to it in in the table below. The table is as follows: PHASES AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS ALLOCATED TO PHASE PHASE 1 446 PHASE 2 300 PHASE 3 240 986 PRO FORMA TOTAL MULTIFAMILY UNITS IN THE PROJECT 10% 99 TOTAL AFFORDABLE UNITS Each such Affordable Unit in a Phase will be made available for a period of time not less than twenty (20) years following the date on which the last multifamily building of a Phase receives a permanent certificate of occupancy (each, an “Affordable Housing Compliance Period”), to Income Eligible Residents as defined in the XXXX. Such requirements shall be referred to with respect to each Phase as the “Affordable Housing Requirements.” The foregoing Affordable Housing Requirements will be set forth in the XXXX in such form as is consistent with the then applicable practices of ACC for similar affordable housing transactions, provided that such form does not alter the Affordable Housing Requirements set forth in this Agreement, permits transferability and release consistent with Section 12.4 hereof, and does not increase the obligations of Owner, its successors and assigns. The current form of XXXX is attached “Attachment 1” to this Schedule P. Upon approval of a subsequent form of XXXX by ACC and review and approval by the Owner consistent with the foregoing, the subsequent form of the XXXX may be affixed hereto as “Attachment 1” to this Schedule P without further amendment to this Agreement. The XXXX shall be recorded in the Athens-Xxxxxx County land records in customary fashion upon the submission of the initial and Requisition and shall be recorded only against the applicable parcel on which such units are constructed. The Affordable Housing Requirements are part of this Agreement, and the failure by Owner to comply with same shall be an Event of Default under this Agreement. The Affordable Housing Requirements shall terminate with respect to each such Phase of the Project, respectively, upon conclusion of the Affordable Housing Compliance Period for such Phase as set forth in the applicable XXXX. For purposes of compliance with O.C.G.A. §44-5-60, the parties understand and agree that no XXXX will have a period greater than 20 years, but that this Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the expiration of a XXXX if simultaneously therewith Owner does not enter into a new, replacement XXXX that extends for the lesser of 20 years or the period necessary that the 20 year Affordability Housing Requirements are satisfied on a cumulative basis.

  • EQUAL HOUSING If the Tenant possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. Any impairment(s) of the Tenant are encouraged to be provided and presented to the Landlord in writing in order to seek the most appropriate route for providing the modifications to the Premises.

  • THE ACADEMY The Academy is a Mainstream Academy as defined in clause 1.4 of the Master Agreement.

  • Real Estate Commissions Seller shall pay to Xxxxxxxxxx Advisors (hereinafter called "AGENT" whether one or more) upon the Closing of the transaction contemplated hereby, and not otherwise, a cash commission in the amount agreed on in a separate listing agreement between Seller and Agent. Said commission shall in no event be earned, due or payable unless and until the transaction contemplated hereby is closed and fully consummated strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Seller has received the Purchase Price in immediately available funds; if such transaction is not closed and fully consummated for any reason, including, without limitation, failure of title or default by Seller or Purchaser or termination of this Agreement pursuant to the terms hereof, then such commission will be deemed not to have been earned and shall not be due or payable. Except as set forth above with respect to Agent, neither Seller nor Purchaser has authorized any broker or finder to act on Purchaser's behalf in connection with the sale and purchase hereunder and neither Seller nor Purchaser has dealt with any broker or finder purporting to act on behalf of any other party. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind or character arising out of or resulting from any agreement, arrangement or understanding alleged to have been made by Purchaser or on Purchaser's behalf with any broker or finder in connection with this Agreement or the transaction contemplated hereby. Purchaser acknowledges that, in accordance with the terms of the Real Estate License Act of the State of Texas, Agent has advised Purchaser that Purchaser should have the abstract covering the Property examined by an attorney of Purchaser's selection, or that Purchaser should be furnished with or obtain a policy of title insurance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this SECTION 10.2 shall survive the Closing or any earlier termination of this Agreement.
