Fundraising Activities. Fundraisers are only permitted to benefit individuals/organizations from the City of De Pere. No alcohol beverages are permitted at any fundraisers. Names and addresses of responsible parties and the general purpose of fundraiser must be provided. Fundraisers may require pre-approval from Park Board.
Fundraising Activities. Either party may solicit gifts, contributions and grants to the Fiscal Sponsor, earmarked for the Fiscal Sponsor’s restricted fund for this Project. The Sponsored Organization’s choice of funding sources to be approached and the text of fundraising materials are subject to the Fiscal Sponsor’s prior written approval.
Fundraising Activities. If Members will perform any fundraising activities, the Subgrantee must have an approved Fundraising Performance Measurement Worksheet to account for any member time spent on allowable fundraising activities. As required by federal regulations, the Subgrantee is responsible for documenting that members do not spend more than 10% of his/her service hours toward performing any fundraising activities, including fundraising supporting activities (i.e., serving food, stuffing envelopes, collecting any type of donation, directing parking, etc.). AmeriCorps members can participate in fundraising activities within the following guidelines: Member fundraising activities must be in support of the program’s identified community need, and may not include fundraising activities that provide benefit to the legal applicant and/or placement site’s general operating budget or endowment or that of other programs sponsored by the legal applicant and/or placement site; Members may not fundraise for required matching funds necessary to cover program operating costs; Members may not prepare grant applications for funding provided by CV, CNCS, or any other federal agency; and Members may not participate in fundraising activities unless specifically outlined in both the performance measures and member position description and agreed to by the member.
Fundraising Activities. The Family Institute may use certain client demographic information—such as your name and address—to contact you about fundraising. The Family Institute regularly seeks contributions from the general public to support our charitable and educational programs such as free care for children and families in low-income communities, a reduced-fee clinic, student scholarships, and research projects. If you do not wish to be contacted about fundraising, send a written request to the Privacy Officer of The Family Institute, 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Scheduling Appointments. The Family Institute may use your phone number to call you to schedule or remind you of appointments. Messages may be left with your consent.
Fundraising Activities. Use of school facilities for fundraising activities sponsored by local community organizations or charitable organizations whose charitable or service activities are oriented to Oldham County residents shall be allowed within certain limits. The application shall state the purpose for which resulting funds are used together with the percentage of the gross funds that will be realized for such civic or charitable purposes. Use of non-resident paid professionals is discouraged; application may be summarily denied any group if the administration considers a disproportionate share of proceeds are going to such paid professionals. The application may be summarily denied when more than 20 percent of receipts are to be used for the payment of such professionals.
Fundraising Activities. The Parties acknowledge that the University is responsible for any fundraising activities of the University. The Foundation will continue to support the University's fundraising efforts by receiving, investing, and managing private assets held for the support of University programs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the solicitation of governmental grants and research contracts by the Foundation shall not be considered fundraising activities.
Fundraising Activities. 15.1 All cheerleaders will participate in all fundraising projects. The money raised will be used to fund additional expenses during the year such as competition fees, signs, banquet, choreography fees, etc. If you opt out of a fundraiser, the amount of the cheerleaders portion must be paid by the parents.
15.2 Each parent must help at at least one fundraiser/ Booster Club event.
Fundraising Activities. 6.7.1 The Foundation in general does not undertake direct fundraising activities. However, occasionally it may be appropriate for donors or advisors to use fundraising approaches to grow the Named or Themed Funds. Any such fundraising must be approved by the Foundation as it will require the use of its name and charity number.
6.7.2 The Foundation can provide donors with information on how best to advertise their fundraising efforts to generate donations but it cannot manage the fundraising itself. The Foundation also cannot reimburse donors, advisors and any other parties for expenses relating to fundraising activities they undertake.
6.7.3 No other expenses incurred by donors or advisors can be paid from the fund’s revenue unless explicitly stated in the Donation Agreement.
Fundraising Activities. CFGRB must be notified in advance of the commencement of any fundraising activity or any Affiliate’s plan for the fundraising efforts and no such fundraising shall be undertaken without the advance written approval by CFGRB for any fundraising plans to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Any fundraising activities that are not presented to and approved by CFGRB will be treated as a personal obligation of the Affiliate Advisory Board members and shall not be binding upon the CFGRB. Furthermore, CFGRB reserves the right to decline any gifts resulting from fundraising activities that were not approved in advance by CFGRB and/or do not comply with CFGRB’s Donor and Affiliate Initiated Fundraising Policy.
Fundraising Activities. From the Fundraising Begin Date through the Fundraising End Date, as set forth on the Cover and Signature Page, or during the term of this Agreement, if no Fundraising Begin and End Dates are indicated, the District will order or buy the goods, items or products (“Goods”) described below for sale to students, parents, community members, and other persons in order to raise funds, OR the District will facilitate the sale of Goods to parents, teachers, students, school associations, schools, and other members of the District community (“Supporters”).
