Future Prospects Sample Clauses

Future Prospects. With the presently available genome sequence of Arabidopsis and the tools of molecular biology, biochemistry and phytochemistry, it will be possible to approach the above mentioned problems in a novel holistic way. By integration of the mentioned expertise via the different ΄omics΄ technology platforms, it shall be possible to better understand the total network of plant responses to various external factors including the regulation via various signaling pathways. Thus, for studying the various interactions of the plant with different organisms, a systems biology like approach should be developed to learn more about the possibility of synergy of different compounds and proteins in defense and about detoxification processes in the plant and the attacking organisms. Metabolomics is an important tool for such studies. To have an unbiased view of all metabolites, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS and NMR spectroscopy based metabolomics to detect the compound or compounds responsible for the inhibition of the growth of fungi or inhibiting insect foraging seems very useful. Metabolite measurement combined with principal component analysis together with other advanced techniques such as proteomics and DNA microarrays will be the approach for identifying and characterizing signaling and biosynthetic pathways in defense responses. The results of such a systems biology approach will lead to the identification of genes involved in the defense of the plant or new targets in microorganisms or insects for developing crop protectants. Proteomics may also be useful in identification of proteins that are directly involved in defense, e.g. myrosinases or peroxidases. Eventually the integration of all these results should lead to recommendations for breeding programs and possibly to targets for metabolic engineering.
Future Prospects. The anticipated impact of the Integration on the performance of Pioneer and Onkyo shall be announced when it becomes available.
Future Prospects. DCKK will be enhancing the business by receiving financial funding from the Maritime Cluster. Going forward, we will promptly submit our Rehabilitation Plan to the Court, and we will make the utmost effort to emerge from the rehabilitation proceedings and strive to rehabilitate our maritime business.
Future Prospects. 7.1 The proposed area is located approximately about 140km from Kuantan and 19km from Kuala Rompin Town. The good location of the area in addition to its relatively flat feature, its fertile soil and high rainfall makes it quite an ideal place to establish an oil palm plantation.
Future Prospects. Based on its understanding of the business, operations, financial condition, earnings, management and future prospects of FNBB, and in consultation with its financial advisor, FNBB’s board of directors believes that a business combination with TriCo would enable FNBB shareholders to participate in a combined company that would have enhanced future prospects compared to those that FNBB is likely to achieve on a stand-alone basis. FNBB’s board of directors believes that a larger company will provide additional products and services to better grow and retain FNBB’s customers, that the combined, more diversified, customer base will improve and diversify future revenue sources, and that future earnings prospects will be stronger on a combined basis. • Results of Due Diligence. FNBB’s board of directors’ understanding of the business, operations, financial condition, earnings, management and future prospects of TriCo, taking into account FNBB’s due diligence investigation of TriCo, including, but not limited to, debt service and other existing financial obligations, the financial obligations to be incurred in connection with the proposed transaction and other likely financial obligations of TriCo and the possible effect of such obligations.
Future Prospects. The prospects for Azerbaijan in the new millennium are likely to rest with major social and economic changes that have yet to occur. With only a brief eight-year history of independence, the country has little precedent on which to establish these changes. Indeed, independence did not begin with a fresh slate, but with a social and economic deficit inherited from a crumbling state in the extreme hinterlands of the Soviet Union. Consequently, much of this emergence stage has not been with “resurrection of an economic state” but with survival of a population largely at drift. Azerbaijan came to independence with chaotic institutions, and with a centuries-old legacy of recurring dominance by different foreign powers with diverse ideologies. Azerbaijan leaders initially faced the challenge of governing a nation where self-governance and national economic institutions existed only in the shadow of Soviet influence. To those ends, the leaders had no experience with governance and no ideological foundation that would support self-rule, a market economy, or democratic processes. Almost immediately, the nation was drawn into war, devastating border disputes, and a defensive military posture against Russian intervention. To those ends, the nation had no experience of strategy, and no legacy of military leadership. In effect, it could not manage a war any more than it could govern a market economy. Consequently, country struggled through the first several years of independence on the verge of political and social collapse. With international assistance, Azerbaijan regained some semblance of control, and entered the latter half of the decade with some promise of a meaningful transition.
