General Inspections. Developer shall carry out General Inspections in accordance with the Technical Provisions and the Project Management Plan. Developer shall use the results of General Inspections to develop and update the Renewal Work Schedule, to maintain asset condition and service levels, and to develop programs of maintenance and Renewal Work to minimize the effect of O&M Work on Users.

General Inspections. The Borrower shall permit any Person ------------------- designated by FFC, upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, to visit and inspect any of its properties and offices, to examine its books of account, all relevant information in the possession of the Borrower or its Affiliates and agents (including any bailee, custodian, accountant or attorney) concerning the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and each other Credit Document and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower with, and to be advised as to the same by, their officers, auditors and accountants, all at such times and intervals as FFC may reasonably request.
General Inspections. Allow Us to inspect the property on occasion with 24 hours notice in writing to confirm that You are adhering to the terms of this agreement.
General Inspections. Developer shall perform general routine inspections in accordance with the MMP in order to identify all O&M Defects. Operations and maintenance records in respect of general inspections shall include details of the manner of inspection (e.g. types of Closures), the weather conditions and any other unusual features of the inspection. Developer shall perform general routine inspections such that Category 2 Defects are identified and repaired within the applicable Defect Remedy Period. O&M Defects which require Specialist Inspections to identify them may have different identification periods.
General Inspections. In accordance with the City’s Adopted Fire Code, ACFD shall provide qualified personnel to perform fire inspections relating to structures, processes, premises, and safeguards regarding:
i) The hazard of fire and explosion arising from the storage, handling or use of structures, materials, or devices;
ii) Conditions hazardous to life, property, or public welfare in the occupancy of structures or premises;
iii) Fire hazards in the structure or on the premises from occupancy or operation; and
iv) Matters related to the construction, extension, repair, alteration, or removal of fire suppression or alarm systems.
General Inspections. The City reserves the right to make periodic inspections, as conditions may warrant, of Company's Attachments and Equipment. Such inspections, or the failure to make such inspections, shall not operate to relieve Company of any responsibility or obligation or liability assumed under this Use Agreement. Post Construction inspections concerning the compliance of Company's installation shall be addressed as set forth in Article 11.
General Inspections. The County reserves the right to make periodic inspections of Licensee’s Attachments. Such inspections, or the failure to make such inspections, must not operate to relieve Licensee of any responsibility or obligation or liability assumed under this Agreement.
General Inspections. The Public Improvements shall be inspected by the Village’s Director of Public Works, or his designee or the Village’s consulting engineers, and all costs of such inspections shall be paid for by Developer. The Contractor shall provide to the Village its work schedule for Public Improvements prior to any work being undertaken, such schedule shall (i) specify the times, dates and type of work to be performed, and (ii) have a format and content satisfactory to the Village’s Director of Public Works. Developer and Contractor understand that it is the intent of the Village to have one or more inspectors presents as needed while the work on the Public Improvements is being performed. The designated inspectors at the construction site shall have the full right and authority to stop work on the CSM project whenever they believe that any such work or materials are not in compliance with the approved Plans and Specification, and in such event the Contractor shall then immediately cure any such failure of compliance before proceeding with any other work. Notwithstanding the foregoing right and authority granted to the Village’s inspectors (to stop the work in the event of a failure of compliance with the approved Plans and Specifications), the parties to this Agreement expressly understand and agree that, as between the parties to this Agreement, the Contractor and/or Developer shall be the sole parties responsible for (i) all safety measures required for the work, and (ii) the direction of all laborers and personnel doing the work (except for the inspector(s) hired by Village), and (iii) all means and methods required to do the work.

Such inspections, or the failure to make such inspections, shall not operate to relieve Grantee of any responsibility or obligation or liability assumed under this Agreement.
