General Marketing. Eligible costs include brochures, broadcast/mass media advertising, direct mail, outdoor advertising, telephone advertising, interactive video, web site, flyers, newsletters, posters, other educational materials, audio visual presentations, promotional signs, promotional items, special events, and rider retention/recruitment. Additional items may include market research, advertising agency fees, items used for the purpose of dispensing or holding marketing material, and mileage reimbursement directly related to the marketing of the program. The DEPARTMENT will retain right of first refusal to develop and print promotional material such as folders and brochures and procured promotional items for the program. The PROJECT coordinator will coordinate these efforts to the mutual satisfaction of the DEPARTMENT and the CONTRACTOR.
General Marketing. 16.1 Except to the extent otherwise agreed in the applicable Annual Business Plan, GWRC shall be solely responsible for promoting public transport in the Wellington region (including the Passenger Services to be provided on the Routes) as it sees fit. General Marketing eMachines, at its sole cost and at its sole ----------------- discretion, shall promote the 6 Month Bundle Offer and the AOL Classic Service on offline and online advertising and marketing. In the event eMachines conducts such discretionary marketing activity, AOL shall have final approval rights over the marketing and promotional materials as they relate to AOL's brand, logo, and trademarks, the AOL Software, the 6 Month Bundle Offer, and the AOL Classic Service. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Xxxxxx.xxx will create and deliver to Company, a ----------------- demonstration CD and branded templates to be used by Company to produce co- branded brochures and other marketing materials. Company will market the Production Services in sales presentations and marketing activities with real estate customers. As appropriate, Company will promote the Production Services through its seminars, training and conferences and at real estate tradeshows it attends. Company may be requested to participate in press releases and other marketing initiatives from time to time. Company will not unreasonably withhold approval.

CBIS shall undertake reasonable marketing of the Licensed Materials, which shall include, as reasonably appropriate, the inclusion of the Licensed Materials in CBIS collateral and marketing materials, the inclusion of the Licensed Materials in wireless telecommunications trade shows in which CBIS participates and the inclusion of the Licensed Materials in any relevant and appropriate advertisements. CBIS shall provide to and receive the consent of Coral Systems, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, for all marketing materials and matters identifying the Licensed Materials or Coral Systems prior to the publication of the same.
