General Vacation Eligibility. 100 The following schedule shows the monthly vacation accruals for all full-time employees. For part-time employees see Paragraph 41. Vacation time is credited at the end of each month. After sixty (60) months of service on a regular basis, an employee is entitled to eighteen (18) days vacation each year and after one hundred twenty (120) months is entitled to twenty-four (24) days vacation each year. Years of service must be consecutive and an employee will be given credit only for time actually worked in meeting the requirements of the progressive vacation plan.

  • Vacation Eligibility Employees shall be eligible for vacation, based on their Net Credited Service (NCS) with the Company, as follows:

  • General Eligibility i. A teacher who received an evaluation rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary.

  • Holiday Eligibility Except as otherwise provided in this Article, an employee must be in paid status on the working day immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday to be paid for the holiday.

  • Health Benefits Eligibility a. The State System shall provide an eligible permanent full-time active employee with health benefits. The State System shall provide permanent part-time employees who are expected to be in an active pay status at least fifty (50%) of the time every pay period with health benefits.

  • Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond her normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.

  • Insurance Eligibility Unclassified supervisors who receive an employer contribution to health/dental insurance and whose position/appointment ends for reasons other than work performance shall remain eligible for the same employer contributions for six (6) months from the date the position/appointment ends.

  • Employee Eligibility For purposes of this section, “eligible employee” shall be defined by the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act.

  • Benefits Eligibility The City offers healthcare benefits to regularly appointed full-time and part-time employees and their qualified dependents. The plan is administered in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local laws, statutes and rules.

  • Group Benefits Eligibility 7.2.1 Participation in the Plan shall be a condition of employment for all teachers commencing employment for a full school year.
