Goals and Indicators of Student Performance and Academic Improvement. Annually, the Assistant Superintendent shall work with the Superintendent to (1) evaluate student performance, including, but not limited to, student performance on standardized tests, successful completion of the curriculum, and attendance and drop-out rates; (2) review the curriculum and instructional services; (3) review school finances; and (4) report to the Superintendent his findings as to (a) student performance and (b) his recommendations, if any, for curriculum or instructional changes as a result of his evaluation of student performance. Additional performance goals may be developed annually by the Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent by October 15th and attached to this agreement. The Superintendent’s and Assistant Superintendent's decision to add or revise performance goals shall be in implementation of this provision of this agreement and shall not constitute or require an amendment to this agreement.

Goals and Indicators of Student Performance and Academic Improvement a. This Contract is a performance-based contract as required by Section 10-23.8 of the School Code, as amended by P.A. 90-548. In compliance with this requirement, the Board and Superintendent will confer and establish goals for the Superintendent for measuring his/her performance or the 2024-2025 school year no later than September 15. Once finalized, the goals for the applicable school year will be made an exhibit to the contract via amendment. After the completion of 2024-2025 school year, the Superintendent will propose goals to the Board no later than August 15 of each contract year, and the Board and the Superintendent will reach an agreement concerning the applicable goals no later than the end of September each contract year. If the identified deadlines fall on a weekend, the deadline will be the Monday following the weekend. The Board and the Superintendent shall meet periodically (an no less than annually) to discuss and consider their working relationship, rapport and understanding. The Superintendent’s performance goals will be reviewed and updated annually.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.
