Group Dental Insurance Plan. 31a-1 The Group Dental Insurance Plan shall be as provided by the University within the Benefits Plan. Prior to the execution date of this Agreement the Union has had the opportunity to have explained the dental plan coverage available during the term of this Agreement and from which an employee can select coverage. In the event of any changes in the coverage, the Union will be notified 90 days prior to the effective date of change. 31a-2 In addition, and if the University increases its monthly contribution for University employees not represented by a Union, the University will increase its contributions for employees in this bargaining unit in the same manner and to the same extent. 31a-3 The Group Dental Plan shall be as provided by the University within the Benefits Plan. Employees have a choice of three dental plan options. During the term of this Agreement no less than the University of Michigan Dental Plan, Option I schedule of benefits in effect at the execution date of this Agreement will be provided and maintained. In the event of any changes in the benefits, the Union will be notified 90 days prior to the effective date of change. The University contribution toward dental plan coverage will be as provided in the same manner as provided to employees not represented by a union. University employees who do not elect to opt out or enroll in a dental insurance plan within 30 days of the eligibility date will be automatically enrolled in the employee only University of Michigan Dental Plan Option I. 31a-4 If, during the term of this Agreement, a federal or state law is enacted which requires the payment of taxes or premiums to either the federal or state government to another entity for dental benefits for employees, the University may make such adjustments in the schedules of benefits provided by this Article to avoid duplication of benefits. In addition, any such taxes OR premiums paid by the University shall be included in the total dollar limitation provided in this Article.
Group Dental Insurance Plan. The University shall pay the monthly premium cost of the plan for all eligible Employees to a maximum of the premium cost as follows: The Employer will continue to pay these costs until the next Collective Agreement becomes effective.   • Group Insurance Plan The carriers, coverage, and terms and conditions of participation under the District’s Group Insurance Plan are subject to change in accordance with the applicable provisions of Title I, Division 4, Chapter 10 of the California Government Code (Section 3500 et seq.)   • Dental Insurance The State agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the employee premium of a dental insurance program for full-time employees. The benefit levels of this program shall provide one hundred percent (100%) coverage for preventive care and eighty percent (80%) coverage for general service care. The State agrees to provide payroll deduction for dental insurance, provided such arrangements are agreed to by the insurance carrier. Dependent coverage will be available provided there is sufficient employee participation in the dental insurance program. Dependent coverage will be at the employees' expense.

  • Insurance Plan 19.01 The Employer agrees to contribute the indicated percentage of the premium cost of the following group plans for full-time employees (and their families where applicable) who have completed their probationary period.
