Guest Responsibilities. GUEST acknowledges that they have reviewed, or will review, and will adhere to the “Welcome Letter” provided for PROPERTY, describing details for PROPERTY including Wi-Fi access codes, parking, BBQ’s, appliances, game instructions, heat and air conditioning settings and other PROPERTY details. GUEST agrees to leave the PROPERTY in good order and condition. GUEST agrees to notify BVR of any items broken during the rental period. GUEST shall be responsible for any items on PROPERTY broken or missing if due to negligence or any other reason other than normal wear and tear. GUEST is responsible for any pay-per-view or video rental charges. GUEST is required to return the PROPERTY in the same condition it was in prior to GUEST’s occupancy.

Guest Responsibilities. Guest will be responsible for the following: a. Lighting, audio equipment and other equipment as Guest may need for Event seating, food preparation or display. Events held after dark will need to provide lighting, either free standing or under tent. b. Fans, space heaters or other temperature calming devices. c. Portable restroom accommodations. d. Rentals such as (without limitation) tents, tables, chairs and linens. e. Permits, licenses and/or insurance associated with the Event. f. Event clean up and restoration. Arbor Park and the Development must be cleaned and restored to its original state within 48 hours of Event’s ending time. g. Guest will be responsible for any damage to Arbor Park and the Development during set up, event, or clean up, which is caused by the Guest, his vendors, or assigns. If Arbor Park or any other portion of the Development is damaged by the Guest, such damage must be repaired to the satisfaction of AH no later than one week after the Event. Guest hereby accepts Arbor Park and the Development in it’s AS IS, WHERE IS CONDITION and AH shall have no obligation of any kind to make any alterations to Arbor Park or the Development except as stated herein. Guest’s obligations under this paragraph shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. h. Xxxxx agrees to comply with all applicable laws and ordinances relating to its use of Arbor Park and the Development.
Guest Responsibilities. 9.1 All guests must comply and the Guest shall procure that all other guests comply with and abide by the terms and conditions of the Holiday Contract and all other rules and regulations of Silversea and any agent, subcontractor or other supplier of services in connection with the Holiday, as well as all orders and directions of the Master and other officers of the Vessel. Copies of all applicable rules and regulations are available from Silversea on request. The officers on board the Vessel have the right to use all reasonable means to enforce such rules, regulations, orders and directions including, but not limited to, the removal of guests from the Vessel. If it appears to the staff or crew at any time during the cruise that guests are or are becoming for any reason unfit to travel or likely to endanger the health, safety or comfort of anyone on board then the Master or duly authorised representative may refuse to embark or disembark the guests at any port or place, transfer the guests from one suite to another, or otherwise deal with the guests as may be necessary. In such circumstances the guests shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation and shall be liable to pay any fines, losses or compensation due to any party. 9.2 Subject always to clause 15 below, all guests who have purchased a Silversea Air Package (including an Air Charter Package (as such term is defined in clause 15.2)) must be at the designated airport(s) at least two (2) hours before the appointed departure time for each flight. 9.3 All guests must be at Silversea's designated pier in the initial port of embarkation site at least two (2) hours before the appointed time for sailing. 9.4 Each guest shall be responsible to Silversea, SCL and their respective officers, employees, servants, agents, sub-contractors, shareholders and affiliates (each, an "Indemnitee") for, and shall indemnify Silversea and any other Indemnitee against, all damage to the Vessel, breakage of any fixtures on the Vessel, and any other losses or expenses which an Indemnitee may incur (including, any penalties, fines, charges, legal fees, losses or expenses incurred or imposed upon Silversea) arising out of the guests' presence on board or any conduct or activity undertaken by, or any omission of, that guest. Guest Responsibilities. GUEST shall use the Property only for vacation rental (residential) purposes and shall maintain and keep the Property in as good repair and condition as existed at the start of the rental term. Any illegal activity at the Property during the rental term shall constitute a material breach of this Rental Agreement. GUEST shall ensure that all rubbish, garbage and/or other waste are disposed of in a clean and safe manner in the receptacles provided by the MANAGER. In addition to any other cost outlined in this Rental Agreement, GUEST shall be responsible for any damage to the Property, including but not limited to damage to furnishings, equipment, and/or items of personal property, for any charges billed to the phone at the property during the rental term, and for any extraordinary cleaning required to return the Property to the same condition that existed at the start of the rental term. GUEST agrees that all such costs will be deducted from the security deposit. GUEST agrees to permit MANAGER and or agents and representatives of MANAGER to enter upon the Property during the rental term (at reasonable times) to perform necessary repairs and/or to inspect the Property if it is reasonably believed that there has been any violation of this Rental Agreement by GUEST.
Guest Responsibilities. If, prior to using any of the Facilities, I have any concern about the condition or safety of the Facilities, or if I believe anything relating to the Facilities is unsafe, I will not enter the Facilities and will promptly notify the Club’s lifeguards, employees, independent contractors, Board of Directors, or management of my concern. If at any time during the use of the Facilities, I feel that anything related to the Facilities is unsafe, or feel unsure as to the safety of the activity in which I am engaging, I will immediately cease to participate and notify the Club’s lifeguards, employees, independent contractors, Board of Directors, or management of my concern.

Guest Responsibilities. The Organization agrees to begin the function at its scheduled time and to have guests and invitees vacate the function space at the closing hour designated. The Organization agrees to assume full responsibility for the conduct of its guests including damages to Hotel property as a result of misuse. The Organization agrees to assume full responsibility for all items left at the Hotel and all items that get broken. This includes all items such as: centerpieces, gifts, glassware, cake, etc. The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton, Seattle Airport/Southcenter will use caution with such items, but is not responsible for any damages. All materials shipped to the Hotel must be labeled with group name, hotel contact name, date of the function, and name and phone number of the sender. The Organization agrees to assume full responsibility for any materials or equipment shipped to the Hotel or left on the Hotel premises. Boxes and materials shipped to the hotel cannot arrive more than three (3) days prior to your function date. Please provide the number of packages and/or pallets shipped and anticipated arrival date by Noon five (5) business days prior to the scheduled event. Routine security services are provided by the Hotel. Should additional security be deemed necessary by the Hotel, arrangements must be made two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled function. Due to Hotel policy, no flammable or open flame materials may allowed in the Hotel. Tea lights or candles with guards or holders are acceptable as long as the flame does not exceed the height of the holder. Smoke and fog machines are not to be used in the Hotel. All questionable material must be accompanied by a written authorization from the Hotel security department.
Guest Responsibilities. Guests will treat the property and contents with respect. Any damages will be reported to the Property Manager immediately. Guests using air conditioning/furnace agree to keep windows and doors closed while unit is running. Failure to comply will result in an additional utility charge of $250. Although the property is cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay, guests are expected to leave the premises tidy and in good order with trash bagged and in proper receptacles, kitchen items cleaned and put away and other items returned to their original storage areas. This is a vacation rental. Occupancy is limited to the time indicated on the reservation form. This is not a residential lease agreement. Under no circumstances will any illegal or any activities devised as terrorist in nature take place on the premises. Any indication of such activities will result in contacting law enforcement and subsequent removal of guests from the property. Be advised that you could forfeit your reservation and occupancy for failure to follow property rules, disturbing neighborhood or falsifying information.
Guest Responsibilities. It is the Guests responsibility to notify Villa Demeter of any problems encountered during the guest stay immediately upon discovery. If possible, minor problems may be addressed after guest departure to minimize guest inconvenience. Complaints We strive to make sure the villa is in excellent condition. In the event of a housekeeping or maintenance complaint by a guest, we will make the repair as soon as possible. However, no refund or rate adjustment will be given for unforeseen failures of utilities, internet service or appliances, etc. Deposits/Payments Half of the total balance must be received at the time of booking. The final payment must be received 90 days prior to your arrival along with your acceptance to these terms. Drugs and Hazardous Materials No illegal substances are permitted on the property. Errors and Omissions We strive to ensure that all published information about the property is as complete and accurate as possible. Our website, social media and print media content is reviewed and updated regularly. Villa Demeter is not responsible for inadvertent errors.
