Guest Teachers. The Employer agrees at all times to maintain an adequate list of substitute teachers. The Employer shall establish a written procedure for reporting a Bargaining Unit Member’s unavailability for work. Once a Bargaining Unit Member has reported unavailability, it shall be the responsibility of the administration to arrange for a guest teacher.

Guest Teachers. This article shall apply to contracted guest teachers.
Guest Teachers. Will be provided necessary training, as needed and targeted at the guest teacher audience, to continue serving as a guest teacher and will be paid at the approved guest teacher rates for all available guest teacher work. This shall include, but not be limited to, training on learning management systems to be used by guest teachers, communication tools, and any other tools necessary to engage in remote instruction.

  • Part-Time Teachers A "part-time teacher" is one who is employed under written contract but who is assigned to duties on a regular basis that requires less than a full-time equivalent. A part-time teacher shall be paid a salary in accordance with the basic salary schedule, proportionate to the percentage of the full-time equivalent taught each day as outlined in the written contract.

  • TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS An individual who is, or immediately before visiting a Contracting State was, a resident of the other Contracting State and is present in the first-mentioned Contracting State for the primary purpose of teaching, giving lectures or conducting research at a university, college, school or educational institution or scientific research institution accredited by the Government of the first-mentioned Contracting State shall be exempt from tax in the first-mentioned Contracting State, for a period of three years from the date of his first arrival in the first-mentioned Contracting State, in respect of remuneration for such teaching, lectures or research.
