Heating & Air Conditioning. Please keep all windows and doors closed while air conditioner or heat is running. Failure to do so can cause the system to freeze up and result in a very hot home. The air conditioner has only one speed. It will not cool the house faster by setting thermostat below 68. Doing so may also cause the unit to freeze up.
Heating & Air Conditioning. The District will have a certified, independent HVAC inspector inspect the heating and air conditioning systems at both School locations (B1 and B2) to ensure they are in good working condition. In the event the heating and air conditioning system(s) are not in good working condition, the District will notify OCR and will repair or replace the system(s) within 30 days of the completion of the inspection.
Heating & Air Conditioning. Landlord shall furnish heat and air conditioning to provide a temperature and humidity condition required, for comfortable occupancy of the Premises under normal business operations, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Saturday to 1:00 p.m.), Sundays and holidays excepted. Tenant will be charged for all heating and cooling requested and furnished before or after these hours at rates to be established and published by Landlord. Building standard air conditioning system is based on an average electrical load of four xxxxx/square foot and one person/100 square feet of usable area. The HVAC system will be capable of providing inside space conditions of 74+/-2 degrees F. dry bulb at 50+/-5% relative humidity when outside conditions are 91 degrees F. dry bulb and 74 degrees wet bulb. The heating installation will provide interior conditions of 72+/-2 degrees F. inside when the outside temperature is -10 degrees F. HVAC zones are on a variable volume system with stripline diffusers (subject to adjustment pursuant to voluntary or mandatory laws or regulations of public authorities.) The HVAC System is also designed to include the following: The discharge air temperature shall be 55 degrees F. to the mixing box. Fresh air is 20% per Chicago ventilation code. Air quantity is 0.07 CFM to 1.2 CFM average. Air supply shall be filtered with a minimum efficiency of 65% per ASHRE standard 52-76. The HVAC controls in the Premises are pneumatic and have the capacity allowing Tenant control within the Premises to be maintained at the operating dry bulb temperature of +/- 2 degrees F. Interior zones shall be manually adjusted by the Building personnel. Wherever heat generating machines or equipment are used in the Premises which affect the temperature otherwise maintained by the air conditioning system, Landlord reserves the right to require Tenant to provide, install, operate and maintain supplementary air conditioning units in the Premises and the cost of providing, installing, operating and maintaining the same shall be paid by Xxxxxx.
Heating & Air Conditioning. Lessor shall bring to the Premises such air and chilled water as is necessary to provide comfort for the normal type of office occupancy for a Class A building during Lessee’s normal business hours.
Heating & Air Conditioning. One or more heating and air conditioning units will be furnished consistent with sound engineering practices and per state energy requirements. (Not less than one (1) ton per 400 square feet.) Unit(s) will be located on platforms/sleepers/curbs constructed on the roof structure. Heating and air conditioning equipment control devises and time switch will be furnished and installed.
Heating & Air Conditioning. The costs of heating and air conditioning, if applicable, of fuel, electricity, full operating maintenance costs, repairs as well as the salaries, social security charges of staff responsible for maintenance and repairs. All expenses required for the heating of private and/or communal areas of the building. The expenses related to the replacement of what cannot be repaired.

Tenant will be charged for all heating and cooling requested and furnished before or after these hours at rates from time to time established by Landlord as based on Landlord's costs. Wherever heat generating machines or equipment are used in the Premises which affect the temperature otherwise maintained by the air conditioning system, Landlord reserves the right to provide and install supplementary air conditioning units in the Premises and the cost of providing, installing, operating and maintaining the same shall be paid by Tenant to Rental Agent as additional Rent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Paragraph 8.A. or elsewhere in this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to institute such policies, programs and measures as may be necessary or desirable, in Landlord's reasonable judgement, for the conservation and/or preservation of energy or energy related services, or as may be required to comply with applicable codes, rules and regulations and Tenant agrees to fully cooperate with Landlord's institution of such policies, programs and measures.
Heating & Air Conditioning. The heating and air cooling system at the Intelliplex Conference Center Facility is preprogrammed. The programming is based on scheduled activities within the facility that have been placed on the facility calendar. Please do not attempt to adjust the control settings.
