Hepatitis B Vaccination. The vaccination against Hepatitis B will be available on a voluntary basis to those employees who, as a condition of employment, have a possible high exposure to body fluids. The Joint Health and Safety Committee will identify job functions with potential for high exposure to body fluids in order to determine entitlement to the vaccination. Under these approved conditions, the Employer will be responsible for such costs.
Hepatitis B Vaccination. Hepatitis B Vaccination shall be provided to employees upon written request. Such shall be provided to employees at no cost to the employee and in accordance with the District Exposure Control Plan.
Hepatitis B Vaccination. The parties agree that the subject of Hepatitis “B” vaccinations and whether employees require them, is covered under the joint Safety and Health Committee recommendations as follows: • Hepatitis “B” vaccinations will be offered to employees on an optional basis. • The Employer will pay for these vaccinations for staff with one (1) or more years of service • If employees with less than one (1) year of service opt to receive the vaccinations, they will pay for them directly. Once an employee who has paid for their vaccination reaches one (1) year of service, the Employer will reimburse her for that cost. Where it can be established that an employee contracts a medical condition related to workplace conditions, the Employer agrees to provide or reimburse employees for any required or recommended medical interventions (e.g. - medications or treatments) that the employees opt to receive.
Hepatitis B Vaccination. On receipt of a letter from a Teacher's physician indicating that the Hepatitis B vaccination is advisable, the school or facility will reimburse the invoiced cost of such vaccinations.
Hepatitis B Vaccination. All newly hired bargaining unit members will be offered a Hepatitis B vaccination with the cost to be borne by the employer.
Hepatitis B Vaccination. Regular Senior Lifeguards and regular Lifeguards are required to obtain Hepatitis B vaccination series at Department cost or must waive that participation in writing.
Hepatitis B Vaccination. The Hepatitis B Vaccination will be provided for individuals listed in category A or B in the Board of Education rules and regulations related to bloodborne pathogens. If an individual believes that his/her position should be listed in Categories A or B in the Board of Education rules and regulations related to bloodborne pathogens, the individual may request that the Superintendent submit the position to the Board of Education for inclusion in Categories A or B. The Board of Education will consider the appeal at the next scheduled committee meeting and will submit a recommendation for review at the next regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting.
Hepatitis B Vaccination. The parties agree that the subject of Hepatitis “B” vaccinations and whether employees require them, will be the issue of discussion at joint Safety and Health Committee meetings and if deemed necessary by the committee or the Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health, Manitoba Family Services or Manitoba Health the Employer will pay for all Hepatitis “B” vaccinations that employees opt to receive.
Hepatitis B Vaccination. An employee may request the Corporation to provide at the Corporation’s expense, full vaccination protection against Hepatitis B.
Hepatitis B Vaccination. The City will reimburse employees in jail classifications the cost of co-payments charged for a Hepatitis B vaccination. To receive reimbursement, employees must submit an original receipt and written request for reimbursement to the Human Resources Department.
