Holidays, Vacation and Personal Days. Employee will be entitled to paid holidays, vacation days, and personal days each calendar year, as set out in the Jore employee handbook, or, as to corporate officers, as set forth in Jore employee compensation guidelines as adopted and modified from time to time ("Jore's Compensation Guidelines"). Jore will notify Employee on or about the beginning of each calendar year with respect to the holiday schedule for the coming year. Vacation days will be scheduled in advance subject to requirements of Jore. Such holidays must be taken during the calendar year and cannot be carried forward into the next year.

Holidays, Vacation and Personal Days. In addition to the holidays listed on Schedule 4(b) hereto, the Executive shall be entitled to fifteen (15) days of paid vacation each calendar year and up to an additional five (5) days of personal/sick days. Vacation and personal/sick days will accrue on January 1 of each year; no compensation shall be paid for accrued but untaken vacation or personal/sick days.

  • Vacation and Sick Leave At such reasonable times as the Board of Directors shall in its discretion permit, the Employee shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, with all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.

  • Vacation and Holidays Executive will receive four weeks of paid vacation each year in addition to all holidays observed by the Company and its subsidiaries. Executive may carry over, in the aggregate, up to four weeks of unused vacation to a subsequent year. Any unused vacation time in excess of four weeks will not accumulate or carry over from one calendar year to the next. Each calendar year, Executive shall take not less than one (1) week vacation.

  • Holidays and Vacation Executive shall be eligible for paid holiday and vacation time in accordance with Company policy as in effect from time to time and made available to Company’s senior management employees.

  • Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (28 business days) of vacation, and also sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company’s policies established and in effect from time to time.

  • Vacations and Sick Leave The Executive shall be entitled to paid annual vacation leave in accordance with the policies as established from time to time by the Board of Directors, which shall in no event be less than four weeks per annum. The Executive shall also be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as established by the Board for senior management employees of the Bank. The Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for failure to take a vacation or sick leave, nor shall he be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one year to the next; provided, however, such Executive may carry forward from year to year a maximum of ten days of unused vacation leave.

  • Vacations and Holidays The Executive will be entitled to three (3) weeks' paid vacation each calendar year in accordance with the vacation policies of the Employer in effect for its executive officers from time to time. The Executive will also be entitled to the paid holidays and other paid leave set forth in the Employer's policies. Vacation days during any calendar year that are not used by the Executive during such calendar year may be used in any subsequent calendar year; provided, however, that no more than six weeks' paid vacation may be accrued or carried forward.

  • Vacation; Holidays The Executive shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Company and vacation days in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company, which shall be taken at a reasonable time or times.

  • Vacation and Leave Executive shall be entitled to such vacation and leave as may be provided for under the current and future leave and vacation policies of the Bank for executive officers.

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.
