HOTEL SERVICES. The following additional provisions apply if Seller is providing hotel and/ or meeting room accommodations. X. Xxxxxx agrees to provide the space, services and facilities specified by Buyer in this Order. In the event Buyer terminates this Order pursuant to Section 5 above, then, in lieu of any payments specified in Section 5, Buyer willcompensate Seller based upon the following schedule: 90 days to 31 days 50% 30 days or less 75% In the event of termination, Seller shall undertake all reasonable measures to mitigate any loss resulting from such termination. The cancellation fees shall be reduced by Seller’s revenues resulting from (i) rooms resold and credited to Xxxxx’s account on first rooms sold basis and (ii) food and beverage charges which the Seller was able to reverse, resell or re-use for other Seller events. In the event (a) the cancellation hereunder relates to a meeting function or other event and (b) Buyer or Xxxxx’s representative re-books a replacement event within two (2) years of the original cancelled event date, then any cancellation fees owed hereunder shall be credited against the fees owed for the replacement event. The replacement event does not need to be of equal or greater size than original event. B. If Seller accepts reservations from other pharmaceutical companies during the same reservation dates specified in this Order, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of such fact without identifying the name of the other company. Buyer shall have option to terminate this Order immediately without penalty or any payment under Section 5. All paid deposits will be returned to Buyer. C. In the event that Seller fails to provide the facilities and services for an event as set forth herein, Seller will be required to refund any amount paid by Buyer. Xxxxxx agrees that Xxxxx may incur additional expenses to relocate Xxxxx’s event. Seller shall be liable to Buyer for any increased and related costs and expenses resulting from such cancellation. Buyer shall provide to Seller itemized statements with supporting documentation of such expenses. In the event a guaranteed reservation for room accommodation cannot be honored upon arrival, the Seller will, at its sole expense provide: (i) guest accommodations for said guest at another hotel of equivalent or superior quality; (ii) daily transportation between locations. X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxx agree that the performance of this Order by either party is subject to acts of God, war, strikes, acts of terrorism, ...

HOTEL SERVICES. The Hotel shall provide, without additional charge, sufficient cleaning, linen, trash removal, extermination and other regularly furnished services in accordance with customary standards for top quality hotels in the region in which the Hotel is located. The Hotel shall make available its customary telephone, food and beverage, laundry and dry cleaning services to Hotel guests at customary rates throughout the Reservation Period.
HOTEL SERVICES. ● The guesthouse provides services in accordance with its category and standard. ● In case of any reservations regarding quality services, the Guest is asked to immediately report any reservations at the Reception, which will enable the employees to react and improve the standard services provided. ● The guesthouse provides guests with: ○ conditions for complete and unrestricted relaxation as part of the purchased offer, ○ security of stay, including keeping information about the guest confidential, ○ professional and courteous service in within the scope of the applicable offer ○ leaning the room and making necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest's absence, and in the case of his presence, only if he consents and wishes, ○ technically efficient service, and in the event of faults that do not can be removed immediately, the Guesthouse will make every effort to alleviate this inconvenience if possible. ● Additionally, at the Guest's request, the Guesthouse provides the following services free of charge: ○ providing information related to the stay and travel, ○ wake-up calls at the designated time, ○ ordering a taxi. ○ Guests can use free of charge: ○ Internet access, ● Buffet meals may only be eaten in the dining room where the buffet is offered . It is forbidden to take food outside the dining room. ● Children under 13 years of age should use the buffet only under the supervision of adult guardians to avoid xxxxx, cuts or other damage. ● People with any food intolerances should read the offered dishes or drinks before consuming information about allergens in the offered products, located in a visible place in the dining room where specific products are offered.
HOTEL SERVICES. Chef means a person whose duties in addition to cooking, may include the supervision of staff, the necessary instruction in all branches of cooking, and responsibility for requisitioning the items necessary for the preparation and serving of meals. Cook means a person is responsible for cooking and providing meals and is employed by a hospital having at the preceding 30 June an adjusted daily average of 50 or more occupied beds. General Services Officer Grade 1 means a person who performs any or all of the following duties: general cleaning duties; household chore type of duties; laundry duties using domestic machinery; and seamstress duties. General Services Officer Grade 2 means a person who, in addition to the duties contained within Grade I, can perform any or all of the following duties: all cleaning associated with pots, pans, stoves, refrigerators or any other kitchen machinery; general kitchen cleaning; high cleaning; inside cleaning; outside cleaning; stripping or sealing floors; portering patients and/or heavy equipment; operation of industrial washing machines; cleaning of tooth and vomit bowls; sanitising of bed pans and other equipment; the cooking and/or preparation of light refreshments (e.g. eggs, toast, salads, etc.); the making of unoccupied beds; cleaning garbage bins; sweeping paths; keeping the outside of buildings clean and tidy; assisting the gardener in labouring duties under supervision; mowing lawns.
HOTEL SERVICES. The Hotel provides services that are included in the price of the stay, specifically:  accommodation in a room of the relevant category;  housekeeping;  ambulance call;  provision of a first aid kit;  delivery of correspondence addressed to the Guest to the Guest's room, upon its receipt;  morning wake-up call;  Wi-Fi in the Hotel rooms and public areas;  free TV channels;  in-room safe;  tennis court;  rental services;  game room services;  provision of needles, threads, a tea set, coffee and a coffee machine;  provision of an ironing board and an iron;  use of the pool: 8:00-22:00;  access to the fitness room: 8:00-22:00;  access to the infra-red cabin: 8:00-22:00;  secure car parking;  taxes and fees. The Hotel provides additional services that are not included in the price of the stay, specifically:  catering services;  organising wedding or birthday parties, celebrations, etc.;  organising conferences, seminars, or trainings;  wellness centre services;  banya steam bath rental and use;  rental of the barbecue space;  rental of an ail and karaoke;  tourist and excursion services;  sale of items and souvenirs;  mooring and berthing of boats (not for Hotel and restaurant guests);  helicopter parking (not for Hotel and restaurant guests);

  • Legal Services If this Agreement is for legal services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall: (i) adhere to legal cost and billing guidelines designated by the JBE; (ii) adhere to litigation plans designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iii) adhere to case phasing of activities designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iv) submit and adhere to legal budgets as designated by the JBE; (v) maintain legal malpractice insurance in an amount not less than the amount designated by the JBE; and (vi) submit to legal bill audits and law firm audits if so requested by the JBE, whether conducted by employees or designees of the JBE or by any legal cost-control provider retained by the JBE for that purpose. Contractor may be required to submit to a legal cost and utilization review as determined by the JBE. If (a) the Contract Amount is greater than $50,000, (b) the legal services are not the legal representation of low- or middle-income persons, in either civil, criminal, or administrative matters, and (c) the legal services are to be performed within California, then Contractor agrees to make a good faith effort to provide a minimum number of hours of pro xxxx legal services, or an equivalent amount of financial contributions to qualified legal services projects and support centers, as defined in section 6213 of the Business and Professions Code, during each year of the Agreement equal to the lesser of either (A) thirty (30) multiplied by the number of full time attorneys in the firm’s offices in California, with the number of hours prorated on an actual day basis for any period of less than a full year or (B) the number of hours equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract Amount divided by the average billing rate of the firm. Failure to make a good faith effort may be cause for nonrenewal of this Agreement or another judicial branch or other state contract for legal services, and may be taken into account when determining the award of future contracts with a Judicial Branch Entity for legal services.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • General Services JHSS shall be responsible for administering and/or performing the customary services of a transfer agent and dividend disbursing agent; acting as service agent in connection with dividend and distribution functions; and for performing shareholder account and administrative agent functions in connection with the issuance, transfer and redemption or repurchase (including coordination with the Custodian) of Shares of each Fund, as more fully described in Schedule 1 - Duties of JHSS attached hereto and made part hereof, and in accordance with the terms of the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information of the Fund, applicable laws and the procedures established from time to time between the Fund and JHSS.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • OUR SERVICES As insurance intermediaries we generally act as the agent of our client. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us. However, in certain circumstances we may act for and owe duties of care to other parties, including the insurer. We will advise you when these circumstances occur, so you will be aware of any possible conflict of interest. We offer a wide range of products and services which may include: • Offering you a single or range of products from which to choose a product that suits your insurance needs; • Advising you on your insurance needs; • Arranging suitable insurance cover with insurers to meet your requirements; • Helping you with any subsequent changes to your insurance you have to make; • Providing all reasonable assistance with any claim you make. In some cases, we act for insurers under a delegated authority agreement and can enter into insurance policies, issue policy documentation and/or handle or settle claims on their behalf. Where we act on behalf of the insurer and not you, we will notify you accordingly and in relation to claims we will advise you of this fact when you notify us of a claim. Notwithstanding this, we endeavour to always act in your best interest. As intermediaries, we offer a wide range of insurance products and have access to many leading insurance companies and the Lloyd’s market. Depending on the type of cover you require and where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation, we will offer you a policy from either: • a single insurer; • a limited range of insurers; or • a fair analysis that is representative of the insurance market. We will advise you separately as to which of these apply before we arrange your policy and where we have not undertaken a fair analysis of the market, we will provide you with a list of insurers considered. For all other policies, including optional additional products and premium finance (if relevant), before the insurance contract is concluded and after we have assessed your demands & needs, we will provide you with advice and make a personal recommendation. This will include sufficient information to enable you to make an informed decision about the policy that we have recommended, together with a quotation which will itemise any fees that are payable in addition to the premium. This documentation will also include a statement of your demands and needs. You should read this carefully as it will explain reasons for making the recommendation we have made.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
