HOUSING AND DINING SERVICE RATES. The Student agrees to pay the University-assigned Room Fee and the student-selected Meal Plan Fee according to the housing and dining rates established by the University. The University offers two (2) types of University Housing options: residence hall and apartment-style accommodations. Generally, apartment-style accommodations are not available for freshmen occupancy. The established rates are set forth in the schedule entitled “Housing and Dining Service Rates” for any applicable year. The effective rates for the upcoming year will be established and published no later than April 1. All housing and meal plan charges will be billed to the Student’s University account. Freshmen students select their meal plans via the online Housing and Dining Application. Upperclass students select their meal plans during the online housing and dining selection process. Wait List Students will be assigned to a meal plan upon notification of housing assignment, if granted; these students are able to change their assigned meal plan during the Add/Drop Period of either the fall or spring term. All students residing in residence halls are required to purchase a meal plan. Students residing in apartment-style accommodations may purchase a meal plan, but are not required to do so. In the event that the Student does not receive University Housing, the Student may still apply for a meal plan by contacting Panther Central. Dining facilities are open when undergraduate classes are in session and accept meal plans during the school term with the following exceptions: Thanksgiving Recess and Winter Recess. During Spring Break students may use the Dining Dollars portion of their meal plan at dining facilities which are open during that week. The meal plans consist of Dining Passes or Dining Dollars, or a combination of both. Dining Passes and Dining Dollars are good for the entire term. If Dining Passes are not used by the end of the term, the remaining balance is forfeited. If Dining Dollars are not used, and the Student keeps the same meal plan or chooses a meal plan of a higher tier than they had for the fall term, the Student may use the remaining Dining Dollars in the spring term. If the Student chooses to terminate their meal plan, or chooses a meal plan of a tier lower than they had for the fall term, the remaining Dining Dollars are forfeited for the spring term. For those registered summer session students who find it necessary to stay in the Residence Halls between the end of the Spring Semester and the beginning of their chosen Summer Term, the Daily Rate will apply. These fees will be added to the Student’s Summer Term Housing Fee, and the Student will be required to relocate to Tower C on Monday, April 29, 2019.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Working and Labor Synergies The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining a tranquil working relationship between the Contractor work force, the Contractor Parties and their work force, State employees, and any other contractors present at the work site. The Contractor shall quickly resolve all labor disputes which result from the Contractor's or Contractor Parties’ presence at the work site, or other action under their control. Labor disputes shall not be deemed to be sufficient cause to allow the Contractor to make any claim for additional compensation for cost, expenses or any other loss or damage, nor shall those disputes be deemed to be sufficient reason to relieve the Contractor from any of its obligations under the Contract.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Extended Health Care Plan ‌ The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable extended health care plan.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate.   • Extended Child Care Leave Upon written notification, no later than four weeks prior to the expiration of the aggregate leave taken pursuant to Clauses 21.1 (Maternity Leave) and 21.2 (Parental Leave), an employee will be granted a further unpaid leave of absence not to exceed one year. An employee wishing continued coverage under any applicable benefit plans will pay the total premium costs while on extended child care leave. An employee on extended child care leave will provide the Employer with at least one month's written notice of return from such leave. Upon return from extended child care leave, an employee will be placed in their former position.
