If a Party is represented by In-House Counsel, the attorneys’ fees component of such Litigation Costs will be calculated by creating an hourly billing rate for each attorney based upon the following formula: Annual Salary/Allocated Annual Hours (2,080 Hours) + Applicable Overhead Rate = Hourly Billing Rate. Litigation Costs attributable to each attorney will be calculated using the computed hourly billing rate times the number of hours worked by such attorney on the litigation. This same formula will be used for calculating the paralegals’ fees component of such Litigation Costs for In- House Counsel.

i. Subject to the restrictions set forth herein, licenses foreducational institutions to host and stream content online through their password-protected servermay only be shared within any single, geographically unified campus, and with distance- learning classes and students who are enrolled by the Licensee for study conducted through that campus. Sharing of streamed New Day Films content between two or more campuses, or with other institutions, or with individuals, classes or groups who are not specifically affiliated through employment or enrollment with the licensee, is not permitted without the express authorization of New Day Films.
ii. The term of any In House/Digital Site license shall be concurrent with the applicable term set forth in your purchase order from New Day Films. Upon expiration, non-renewal, or any termination of the In House/Digital Site license, all of Licensee's rights to use the Content shall cease. All Content in all formats must be erased, deleted, or destroyed upon expiration or any termination of this Agreement. Failure by Licensee to delete all Content covered by this agreement at the end of the term or upon any termination of the license will be regarded as a violation of U.S. Copyright law and subject to legal action.
In-House. The County may fill a position by in-house recruitment and need not advertise publicly. The hiring manager or elected official may request that the vacancy be advertised in-house. The hiring manager or elected official shall indicate to the Human Resources Representative if in-house recruitment is to be done instead of, or prior to, public advertising of the position. Internal recruitments will be posted within the County’s departments for a minimum of eight (8) calendar days concurrent with or prior to publicizing outside the County departments. In-house recruitment consists of posting available positions in at least one conspicuous place at each of the County’s facilities, placing notices in each County department’s mailbox, or sending notice by County-wide email. Participation in in-house recruitment is limited to employees currently in full-time, part-time or temporary positions.

Any settlement proceeds received as the result of an insured total loss claim will be applied to the customer accounts as a principal reduction without advancing the due date, 3 or in the event that such settlement proceeds are sufficient to fully satisfy the outstanding receivable balance, such proceeds will be applied as a payoff to the customer accounts. DAILY SIMPLE INTEREST LOAN TYPES All funds, including principal, interest, late charges, miscellaneous fees, Rebates and proceeds which have been applied to the customer accounts, will be passed through to the appropriate collection account(s) within 48 hours of posting.
