Inclement Weather and Emergency Closings. 1. If an Employee is unable to report for work due to inclement weather, the lost time may be made up at the discretion of the Supervisor.
Inclement Weather and Emergency Closings. If the Superintendent deems it necessary to close school/District offices, all employees are expected to report to work. Those employees who work on such a day will be granted an additional vacation day. Late arrivals will be required to use benefit time for the missing time but will be granted the extra vacation time for the hours worked for the remainder of their regularly scheduled day. Employees who do not report are required to use benefit time for the missed day of work.
Inclement Weather and Emergency Closings. In the event of a District-wide closing paraprofessionals normally scheduled to work on those days shall be excused. In the event, however, that not all schools are closed, the affected employee may be temporarily assigned to another location or to perform other work. When schools are closed for the afternoon and professional staff members are excused, paraprofessionals previously scheduled to work the full day shall be excused for the remainder of the day.   • Emergency Closings In the event that any part of or all of a student day or teacher duty day is lost due to any emergency, the teacher shall perform duties on that day or any other day in lieu thereof as the School District shall determine if any. Emergency closings include, but are not limited to, closing schools due to a pandemic or other health issues and weather related closings.

All employees shall be paid two (2) times the regular rate of pay for all time worked during a call‐out for a minimum of two (2) hours up to a maximum of three (3) hours. All additional time worked over the three (3) hours emergency call‐out shall be at the regular overtime rate of pay of the employee. Anytime an employee on standby is monitoring the work of others they shall receive emergency call‐out pay.
