INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. (a) The Contractor agrees to pay to the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association Industry Promotion Fund twelve cents (12¢) for all hours paid each employee working under this Agreement, without regard to whether the employee was working on straight-time or overtime.
(b) The contributions to the Industry Promotion Fund shall be deposited each month, or at such other regular intervals as may be determined by the Association, to the depository designated by the Association and such contributions shall be reported on such form as may be designated by the Association.
(c) The activities of the Industry Promotion Fund shall be determined by the Association and shall be financed from the payments herein provided for.
(d) The Contractor hereby agrees that the designated representative of the Association shall be permitted, upon request, to audit the payroll records of the Contractor to determine compliance with this Article.
INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. The Employer shall pay to the National Fire Sprinkler Industry Promotion Fund the amount shown in the applicable chart in Addendum F. The contributions covered by this Article shall not be used in any manner adverse to the interests of Local Union 669. NFSA agrees to meet periodically, at least once a year, to discuss the use of these Funds. Should any of the contributions be used in any manner adverse to the interests of Local Union 669, then the Parties to the Agreement shall meet within ten (10) days to resolve said issue. The Employer agrees to become party to the Agreement and Declaration of Trust es- tablishing the National Fire Sprinkler Industry Promotion Fund. The Fund and Program of Benefits through the life of this Agreement shall be such as to qualify for approval by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and other appropriate governmental agencies, if necessary, to per- mit all Employers an income tax deduction for contributions paid hereunder.
INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. The Employer shall contribute to the Industry Promotion Fund on the basis of each hour earned by each Employee in an amount in accordance with Appendix "A" which forms part of this Agreement. Such contribution to be remitted not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month and these contributions are to be made payable and mailed to IBEW Local Union 529 or to IBEW Local Union 2038 Industry Promotion Fund, whichever is applicable.
INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. The parties agree to the establishment of a Joint Committee to promote the Road Building Industry. The Joint Committee will establish governing rules for the purpose of dealing with industry issues or matters as determined by the committee. The funding formula will be $0.01 per hour paid by each party.
INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. 1. The contributions to the Industry Promotion Fund shall be deposited each month, or at such other regular intervals as may be determined by the Association, to the depository designated by the Association and such contributions shall be reported on such form as may be designated by the Association.
3. The activities of the Industry Promotion Fund shall be determined by the Association and shall be financed from the payments herein provided for.
4. The Contractor hereby agrees that the designated representative of the Association shall be permitted, upon request, to audit the payroll records of the Contractor to determine compliance with this Article.
5. A Contractor who elects not to make contributions to the Michigan Infrastructure & Transportation Association Industry Promotion Fund shall so notify the Union in writing and in lieu of making the contribution to the Industry Promotion Fund shall pay the contribution to the Laborers' Training Fund for actual hours paid each employee working under this Agreement. Said contribution to be paid in addition to the contribution to the Laborers' Training Fund as provided in Article VI, Section 4 of this Agreement.
INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. The Employer shall contribute the amount established in the respective wage schedule per hour earned by each Employee to the IBEW Local Union 529 Industry Promotion Fund, 00- 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Saskatoon, Sask., S7P 0B8 or the IBEW Local Union 2038 Industry Promotion Fund, 0000 XxXxx Xx., Regina, Sask., S4N 5R1, whichever is applicable in accordance with Schedule "A", together with an Employer Report Form provided for this purpose.
INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. 174. Each Individual Employer shall pay into Insulation Industry Promotion Trust Fund Eight Cents ($0.08) per hour for each hour worked by each employee employed on work covered by this Agreement for Individual Employer.
INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND. 1. 4. The Contractor hereby agrees that the designated representative of the Association shall be permitted, upon request to audit the payroll records of the Contractors to determine compliance with this Article.

It is agreed by the Employer that the Industry Promotion Fund shall not be used for lobbying in support of anti-labor legislation of any kind at municipal, state or national levels or to subsidize any Contractor or Contractor Association in connection with any work stoppage or strike, nor shall it be used to support any anti-union activity.
6. A Contractor who elects not to make contributions to the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association Industry Promotion Fund shall so notify the Union in writing, and in lieu of making the contribution to the Industry Promotion Fund, shall pay twelve ($0.12) cents per hour to the Michigan Carpenters’ Apprenticeship and Training Fund for actual per hour to be in addition to the contribution to the Michigan Carpenters’ Apprenticeship and Training Fund as provided for in Article IV, (e), of this Agreement. The amount of the contribution will increase as noted in the Wage and Fringe Schedule.

The contributions to the Industry Promotion Fund shall be deposited each month, or at such other regular intervals as may be determined by the Association, to the depository designated by the Association, and such contributions shall be reported on such forms as may be designated by the Association.
3. The activities of the Industry Promotion Fund shall be determined by the Association and shall be financed from the payments herein provided for.
4. The Contractor hereby agrees that the designated representative of the Association shall be permitted, upon request, to audit the payroll records of the Contractor to determine compliance with this Article.
5. A contractor who elects not to make the aforementioned contribution to the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association, Road Agreement Industry Promotion Fund shall notify the Union, in writing, and in lieu of making said contribution to the Industry Promotion Fund shall pay twelve cents ($.12) per hour to Operating Engineers’ Local 324 Health Care Plan for actual hours paid each employee working under this Agreement. Said twelve cents ($.12) per hour, to be in addition to the contribution provided for in Article V, (1) of this Agreement.
