INSPECTION & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION. WSP will provide inspections of the Work, as well as Contract Administration for the project. Specific duties will include:  Full-time inspections during construction (a total of 12 weeks is assumed);  Review of shop drawings submitted by the Contractor;  Prepare weekly inspection reports and daily logs;  Monitor progress of the Contractor;  Provide a liaison between the Contractor and the Municipality;  Prepare change orders and payment certificates;  Collect and document “As-Constructed” information;  Coordinate construction meetings; and,  Ensure compliance with the Contract Documents. Once the construction is completed, WSP will provide a set of “As-Constructed” drawings and lateral records to the Municipality.

INSPECTION & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION. The Contractor shall notify the City when work is to be performed. Any work done, materials used without an Inspector being on site or after they leave will not be paid for. Failure to reject any defective work or material shall not in any way prevent later rejection when such defects are discovered. At the beginning of each workday, Contractor shall provide the Inspector the work locations, number of work crews and all subcontractors on site. Contractor’s superintendent is responsible in verifying daily and weekly quantities with City Inspector. City's Control of Contractor's Work Schedule: The contractor must submit his schedule - Bar Graph outlining the work to be performed and finished within the allotted times stated herein. Days of the week shall be shown on the schedule. The schedule is to show all work locations and length of time needed to complete these work items in a realistic time frame. All work shall be performed according to all terms stated herein and be completed within the allotted time. City will review all work items with the Contractor/sub-contractor before any work begins. City will issue a Notice to Proceed after all requested documents/information has been provided to the City and the construction schedule has been accepted. All changes/requests made by the Contractor to revise Contract requirements must be submitted in writing for review at least twenty four hours in advance of said work and allow the City one full working day to review and respond. Normal business operations shall not be impacted. The Contractor is required to complete all items on the Punch List at the end of the project, within fourteen calendar days, after its acceptance by said Contractor. The contractor shall also provide a written notice of disagreement to the Engineer within four calendar days explaining Punch List Items being objected to by his Company, of which the City will review and respond in writing. Engineering Department will perform a final walk-thru and prepare this punch list prior to City acceptance. The Bonding Company will be notified in writing regarding outstanding Punch List items after 14 days have expired from Contractor’s acceptance of Final Punch List. Contractor will be copied on this correspondence. The Contractor shall coordinate with Xxxx Xxxx, Project Manager 000-000-0000 regarding access and work schedule.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Contract Administrators The Architectural Designer and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Architectural Designer’s commencement of the Services. The Contract Administrators shall be in charge of the work covered by this Contract and the principal points of contact with respect to administration of this Contract and the parties’ overall relationship, and resolution of disputes arising hereunder. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Contract Administrator 22.1. ADMINISTRATOR will provide consultation and technical assistance in monitoring the terms of this Agreement

  • Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:
