Intake System. 1. The Supply System shall be permitted to construct and maintain an intake system on the shoreline of, and in the bed of, the Columbia River as required for construction and operation of the Project subject to related conditions in this Agreement. The Supply System agrees to obtain the necessary lease from the Department of Natural Resources for its use of the Columbia River bed. 2. The Supply System agrees to consult with the Council and its designated representatives in development of plans and bid documents for construction of the intake system on the shoreline of, and in the bed of, the Columbia River. 3. The Supply System further agrees to submit specific location plans, drawings and construction contracts for installation of the intake system to the Council for timely review and study of, and concurrence in, such proposals by the Council. The Council agrees to respond with any adverse comments to such proposal of the Supply System within twenty days of receipt of the proposal. 4. The Supply System further agrees that construction of the water intake system will be subject to the following terms: (a) The intake system channel shall be isolated from the flowing stream by dikes, where necessary, and by earth plugs left in place or constructed at the upstream and downstream ends of the intake channel. The earth plugs or dikes will be of sufficient height to prevent inundation. The Supply System agrees to remove such plugs or dikes at the completion of such work and smooth over the area leaving no fish traps; (b) The Supply System shall schedule the construction of the intake structure in portions of the river bed during low water periods. Accordingly, construction will be in the dry except that the Supply System may operate equipment in the flowing stream if necessary during the removal of the downstream and upstream plugs, in that order, and dike from the intake system channel provided that turbidity is kept to the minimum; (c) The supply System will utilize a settling pond, as necessary, during dewatering operations to preclude excess turbidity; and (d) The Supply System further agrees that any material which is placed upon the bank for bank protection shall be clean and of sufficient size to prevent it from being washed away. 5. The Council agrees to provide a suitable waiver of the turbidity criteria of the water quality standards of the State of Washington, if necessary, during construction of the water intake system. 6. Intake System. MAHS will contract with an outside agency to manage one central system of initial intake. The design of this system will also include plans for specific metro wide recruitment initiatives that will support community awareness of the program and build relationships with community partners serving similar populations. Intake Specialists will implement a consistent method of eligibility determination and maintain a centralized wait list that will allow families access to available openings at multiple locations. Intake Specialists will work in the field, meeting families where it is most convenient including at the early childhood center or at other locations in the community. Intake Specialists will work closely with early childhood Xxx’x Summit School Districts as well as individuals from other community agencies such as the Department of Social Services to help children and families make connections with the most appropriate services. Based on program size and need, Intake Specialists will develop individualized schedules for on-site appointments x.x. xxxxx or weekly appointments.
Intake System. The seawater intake point is 1,200m from the seawater intake pump house. Water is taken at 4m below sea level in a conventional ‘pill box’ structure and flows through a 1.2m diameter glass fibre reinforced pipe. The water is chlorinated at the intake structure to ensure maximum contact time.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades. 5.2.1 As described in Section 32.3.5.3 of the SGIP in Attachment Z of the ISO OATT, the responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for the cost of the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Attachment S of the ISO OATT, as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2

  • Intake Intake begins when you, or someone on your behalf, contacts the LIFE Provider or the Independent Enrollment Broker expressing interest in services. If it appears from this first conversation that you are potentially eligible, a LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker representative will contact you to explain the program, obtain further information about you, and to schedule in person or tele-visits. During these visits: • You will learn how the LIFE Program works, the services LIFE offers, and the answers to any questions you may have about LIFE. • The LIFE Provider and/or Independent Enrollment Broker will explain that if you enroll, you must agree that all of your healthcare services will be provided and/or coordinated by LIFE, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services). • The LIFE Provider will have you sign a release allowing the LIFE Provider to obtain your past medical records so the LIFE health team can fully assess your health conditions. You will be encouraged to visit the LIFE Center to see what it is like. If you are interested in enrolling, a LIFE Provider representative and the Independent Enrollment Broker will assist you with the enrollment process. You should be prepared to participate in phone calls and/or visits with both the LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker in order to complete your enrollment process.

  • PFPC System PFPC shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC in connection with the services provided by PFPC to the Fund.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.
