The Superintendent of Human Resources, or designee, shall provide a written answer within seven (7) school days of receipt of the grievance. If the grievance is not deemed to be settled on the basis of the answer given in Step One, the Union shall within seven (7) school days of receipt of the Step One answer, the Superintendent of Human Resources, or designee, in writing, that a grievance meeting requested.
