Interconnection Trunking. 4.1 Provisioning and Administration of Trunk Groups:
4.1.1 CLEC shall issue ASRs for two-way trunk groups and for one-way trunk groups originating at CLEC’s switch. AT&T-21STATE shall issue ASRs for one-way trunk groups originating at the AT&T-21STATE switch.
4.1.2 Trunk groups for ancillary services (e.g., OS/DA, BLVI, High Volume Call In and E911) and Meet Point or Third Party (as appropriate) Trunk Groups can be established between CLEC’s switch and the appropriate AT&T-21STATE Tandem Switch as further provided in this Section 4.0.
Interconnection Trunking. CLEC must arrange for the meaningful exchange of traffic which must include hand-offs of local voice calls that flow in both directions. Where CLEC does not arrange for a meaningful exchange of traffic, those arrangements cannot be attributed toward satisfaction of this criterion. At a minimum, each DS1 circuit must be served by a DS0 equivalent LIS trunk in the same LATA as the End User Customer served by the circuit. For each twenty-four (24) DS1 circuits, CLEC must maintain at least one (1) active DS1 LIS trunk in the same LATA as the End User Customer served by the circuit.
Interconnection Trunking. 3.1 This Section 3 describes the required and optional Interconnection Trunk Groups for IntraMTA Traffic, Switched Access Services traffic, Mass Calling, 911/E911, Operator Services and Directory Assistance traffic.
3.1.1 AT&T-21STATE and WSP exchange traffic over their networks in connection with WSP’s Authorized Services, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. WSP shall deliver all Interconnection traffic destined to terminate on AT&T-21STATE’s network through Interconnection Trunks obtained pursuant to this Agreement. The exchange of one-way Paging Traffic between the Parties’ respective networks is not authorized under this Agreement. If the Parties have one-way Paging Traffic to exchange, a separate one- way Paging interconnection agreement must be negotiated and executed for such traffic.

For each twenty-four (24) DS1 circuits, CLEC must maintain at least one (1) active DS1 LIS trunk in the same LATA and state as the End User Customer served by the circuit.

4.1.2 Trunk groups for ancillary services (e.g., OS/DA, BLVI, High Volume Call In and E911) and Meet Point (as appropriate) Trunk Groups can be established between Comcast Phone’s switch and the appropriate AT&T OKLAHOMA Tandem Switch as further provided in this Section 4.0.
Interconnection Trunking. 6.01 The Parties shall reciprocally terminate local exch???? traffic and intraLATA toll calls, and meet-point switched access originating on each others' network ???? follows:
A. Interconnection will be provided via two-way ???? trunks. Separate two-way trunks will be establi???? to exchange:
1. Local and IntaLATA toll two-way trunks bet???? GTE and Pac-West.
2. Meet-Point trunking for Switched Access tra???? between GTE as an access tandem provider an ???? West as a CLC.
3. Feature Group D (FGD) access trunking betwe???? GTE as a LEC and Pac-West as an IXC. Pac???? West at its option, may terminate local c???? intraLATA toll traffic over FGD access tr???? with compensation subject to the terms and conditions of GTE's Schedule Cal. P.U.C. ???? Switched Access tariff.
B. Tandem switching may be used for trunking be ???? GTE and Pac-West provided that:
1. GTE will switch calls that terminate on a ???? subtending GTE end office.
2. The Parties will jointly develop and agree???? Joint Interconnection Grooming Plan presc???? standards to ensure that traffic exchanged ???? jointly provided trunk groups experiences consistent P.01 or better grade of service ???? other appropriate, relevant industry-accep???? quality, reliability and availability xxxx???? Such plan shall also include mutually agre???? upon standards for the configuration of ???? segregated trunk groups. 6.02 Intercompany forecast information must be currently provided by the Parties to each other twice a year. The Semi-annual forecasts shall include:
A. Yearly forecasted CCS and trunk quantities for a minimum of five (5) years;
B. The Common Language Location Identifiers (CLLI ???? and
