Intermittent Status. 18.9.1 Definition: Intermittent status is available for employees who have been identified for layoff.
Intermittent Status. The employee may accept intermittent status pending permanent placement within their current classification; a person on intermittent status may be considered for a vacancy as part of the lateral voluntary transfer process. If the employee has not been permanently assigned as of the next end of the school year bidding session, the employee will be placed on the recall list for that classification; or
