Itinerary. Accommodation and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond A&K’s control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. A&K also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations to the itinerary or the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable, and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. In case of any appreciable variation in the tour price due to these circumstances, A&K reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour costs as necessary.

Itinerary. Unit members applying for sabbatical leave shall submit an itinerary of the proposed travel to the Recommending Committee together with the proposed objectives of the travel.

Occasionally, DAL has to make changes to and correct errors in the brochure and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel confirmed bookings. Significant changes are likely to include the following changes when made before departure; a change of accommodation area for the whole or a major part of the time you are away, a change of outward departure time or overall length of time you are away of twelve or more hours, a change of UK departure point to one which is more inconvenient for you and, in the case of tours, a significant change of itinerary missing out one or more major destination substantially or altogether. If DAL has to make a significant change or cancel, DAL will tell you as soon as possible. If there is time to do so before departure, DAL will offer you the choice of the following options:-

Due to the nature of the tour arrangements have to be planned well in advance, so changes may have to be made and DAL reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary as necessary. Should a material change be necessary DAL will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. A material change includes, for example, a significant change of destination, route, a change of flight time by more than 12 hours or a change of airport. If DAL is forced to cancel your travel arrangements any refunds or compensation available will be paid (if applicable) to Macmillan Cancer Support on your behalf.

Itinerary a) The Centre shall meet with the Orchestra Committee early in the development and planning of tours for the purpose of reviewing the itineraries before they are finalized. b) A complete itinerary for all tours and runouts (including departure and return of instruments and wardrobe trunks) shall be submitted to the Committee six (6) weeks prior to the start of a tour or runout and final details to the Musicians four (4) weeks before departure. Details are to include mileage and estimated travel time (from the Ontario Motor League or some other reliable agency), name and addresses of the concert halls and the approximate distances from the hotel to the concert hall.

Based on the input (preferences) the tool is going to calculate a possible route and suggest places to visit according to the interests of the customer. The third way is a mix of the two, where the customer can choose a part of the route and let the tool suggesting the other. In this way, it is possible to support clients in creating a better, safer and more sustainable journey. This itinerary planning tool is of added value to customers and can become an important strength of the FRAMESPORT portal. However, there may be technical limitations to the implementation of instrument. Consequently, the features of this tool can vary according to the potential limitations and suggestions from the IT company that is going to implement the portal. Another important aspect to consider is how to integrate this tool with the other layers. It would be nice to have a tool that is related and can interact with the other layers (e.g., a customer likes a certain event, seen in the event layer, and can add it to the itinerary). This interaction may not be possible, and the Itinerary layer may need to be on its own or another way to manage it should be developed. Therefore, the suggestions from the IT company once again are going to be valuable to handle this challenge. A forum where all the stakeholders can express their opinion about the experiences in the area. There is the need to find a moderator to prevent inappropriate behaviour from the users. This is a nice to have section so it can be excluded if not necessary or difficult to manage.
