Kitchen Usage. Kitchen usage is limited to preparation only as there are no resources in the kitchen or on the premises for cooking. This means that food may be assembled and may be warmed or kept warm using warming ovens, and perishables and beverages may be chilled in the refrigerator. Prep tables, sink, refrigerator, and floors must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Kitchen will be used CLIENT Initials Kitchen will not be used Decorations are permitted within reason and must be approved by management. Decorations are only permitted in the area or areas you have rented. Decorations may not be fastened to the walls with thumb tacks, nails, or staples. Only battery operated candles are permitted. No hand held wax candles are permitted. The use of glitter, metallic confetti, straw, rice, birdseed, or hay is prohibited in the Great Room and/or on the grounds. No rice, birdseed, or other similar items shall be thrown in or around the Facility. Decorations may not be affixed to the walls, doors, windows, chairs, painted surfaces or hung from the ceiling. Nothing can be attached to the outdoor banisters without management approval. Fog machines, dry ice, and or open flames are not permitted. Red wine and punch are discouraged and can cause the Rental Party to incur a loss of the damage deposit if stain occurs from such use. Immediately following the completion of the function, all decorations, trash, or other debris must be thrown away in the appropriate receptacles provided. Anything left behind will be thrown away. When in doubt about decorations deemed acceptable, CLIENT must consult with Main Street Junction staff Failure to do this may result in damages and/or excessive wear and tear. The cost to clean and repair will be deducted from the security deposit at a minimum of $300. All food must be prepared by, brought onto the premises, and served by CLIENT or a caterer that is designated by the CLIENT. CLIENT or their caterer shall coordinate with Main Street Junction Staff two (2) days in advance in order to confirm catering staff arrival time. A minimum of one (1) catering staff person is required to be on duty at all times during the catered Event. Main Street Junction will not provide any serving materials. Refrigerators, freezers, counter tops and floors must be emptied and thoroughly cleaned after use.

Kitchen Usage. All appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are for Clients usage during the event.
Kitchen Usage. Guests are responsible for adhering to the posted kitchen guidelines (Room 5E 255). The kitchen is to be kept clean and all appliances turned off after use. Cooking is limited to the kitchen only, which is available daily from 6 am to 12 midnight. As per the sign located outside the kitchen, masks are to be worn at all times except when eating and a safe distance of 2 m is required from others outside of your family group (if this is not possible, please wait to use the kitchen until you are able to do so). No cooking of any kind is permitted in our Family Accommodation Suites and Studios.
Kitchen Usage. Stoves: Stove tops, burner areas, ovens and burner grates must be cleaned with soap and water and/or another suitable cleaning agent.
Kitchen Usage. NO cooking will be allowed on the property. Only the preparation of cold foods and warm up of precooked hot foods will be allowed. When a caterer is used, the catering company must provide the Church of St. Xxxxxxxxx with a certificate of liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 naming the parish as Additional Insureds at least 14 days before the event. Facility User/caterer are expected to supply whatever they need to make their kitchen preparations other than a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. They must also provide all dishes and paper products (i.e. napkins, tablecloths, paper towels, plastic and foil wrap). Facility User is responsible for the complete clean-up of kitchen area. This includes washing countertops, ovens and microwave, removing trash, emptying and cleaning coffee machine, cleaning sinks and surrounding areas, and sweeping floors. Do not leave excess food, condiments or leftovers in refrigerator or freezer. The Church of St. Xxxxxxxxx does not have a laundry service. Facility User should use their own towels or, if using parish towels, see that the towels are laundered and returned within 5 days.

We have a full Kitchen, equipped with commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer, 3 gas stoves/ovens, 2 microwaves, 1 food-warmer, 1 urn (coffee, decaf, hot water); coffeemaker (by the 10- cup pot), ice machine and 4 prep counters. The kitchen must be left CLEAN! We encourage you to recycle. Due to potential for serious injury in the kitchen area no children under 12 years old are allowed in the kitchen area.
