Language Fluency. Effective upon ratification of the 2021-2022 collective bargaining agreement a Paraprofessional who can demonstrate fluency in Braille, American Sign Language, or a language other than English shall be entitled to payment of a stipend of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500.00) per year.
Language Fluency. Any employee deemed to be fluent in a language other than English and such language is a benefit to the Employer in regards to conversing with customers shall be paid an additional premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour when the Employer requests use of their language skills.
Language Fluency. Language fluency allowance will be granted in accordance with Division policy.
