Leave Cancellation Pay (ODOT only). If the Employer cancels an employee’s scheduled vacation leave, compensatory leave, and/or personal business while on leave, and requires him/her to report to work, the Employer shall pay the employee at the half (1/2)-time rate in addition to the straight-time rate for the first two (2) hours worked on the first day.
