If requested by either party, a conference will be held within 15 days after receipt of the written grievance. The grievant and the supervisor may each request the presence of a representative at any conference. The supervisor or his/her representative shall render a written decision to the grievant(s) within 15 days after the conference with the grievant or if no conference is requested, within 15 days of receipt of the written grievance.
